Whether you work in the nearby urban centers or just want to pop into the city every once in a while, Issaquah’s position along I-90 puts it just 30 minutes from downtown Seattle. Folks renting in Issaquah enjoy the stunning natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, including gorgeous views of the Cascade Mountains, right in their own backyard.
Several large wildlife areas are easily accessible from Issaquah, particularly Tiger Mountain State Forest to the southeast and Cougar Mountain to the west. The Cougar Mountain Zoo is a popular attraction, home of the only Bengal tigers in the state of Washington.
In town, the famous Gilman Village district is home to many independent shops and restaurants, and is well known around the Puget Sound area. Salmon plays an important role in the local culture, and the annual Salmon Days festival draws hundreds of thousands of people every October.

Property Ratings at Wildwood Apartments
Love, love, love Wildwood Homes and our apartment! The convenience, proximity to I-90, walking distance to downtown along Issaquah Creek and the hiking trails right outside the door are our highlights. This was our favorite apartment ever. Spacious rooms and large decks overlooking nature. Peaceful yet convenient.
I loved living here for the past 5 years. Tonya and team have been great! Super responsive and attentive. The neighbors are friendly. And access to the trails is right down the street. If you love hiking, you don’t have to drive to access them. I will miss this place!
Have lived here for a good while, you'll know whether or not it's for you before you even enter the unit. The attraction is the location because while the apartments are nice enough , there are others in area which compare favorably for about the same price. That all said you need to realize that yearly rent increases have been the norm, don't hold me to the exact numbers but I'd figure on 7% a year for the past decade or so. More if you take into accont that they no longer include free cabe. All in all, great place to live (check out laundry, kind of a pain)
