Property Ratings at Wildwood
The front office staff are absolutely phenomenal. Brenda, Jan, and Brooke were extremely attentive. They made sure that maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner. All of my requests, which I only had a few, were handled in 24 hours or less. The maintenance staff are also phenomenal as well. I stayed here for two years and only relocated because of my job. I HIGHLY recommend.
Wildwood Apartments is a nice community that is close to town and all schools. The administrators are very nice, and will help you with as much as they can. The neighbors are friendly, it's also pet friendly. Wildwood is also right down the street from our historic rose garden and Cherokee lake/park.
This is my second time living here because i love the surroundings and the people are good and try to keep the grounds free of trash and debris. If I need a helping hand, neighbors will assist. The staff is always there when you need them. I could not ask for a better place to live.
