Property Ratings at Wildwood Branch
If you plan on moving here hope you like roaches and tow trucks every night looking into ur car. Also hope ur great at fixing everything that goes wrong in ur unit like ur ac or anything basic cause Maintenance will not be by for months to look at ur problem. And the best part of all a super trashy neighborhood covered in stray cats and Raccoons THAT WILL Approach you. Don’t move here trust me. I know it’s on the cheaper side but you will end up paying for it in the long run.
there were spiders everywhere you turned, all over the stairs and everything and they did nothing about it. also theres raccoons and stray cats roaming around. and bees swarm around the staircases. there was also mold in my bathroom… and one more thing, do not move here if you get really bad allergies ??.
Was longtime resident. Poor and rude management. Police always on the property for domestic disturbances and crime. Amenities (like pool and laundry facilities) often broken. Property is dirty with trash around dumpsters getting out of hand. Poor maintenance response time and repair quality. Unruly kids who steal packages and shoot up the property and shoot out vehicle windows with BB Guns. Paper thins walls in each unit. Low-ranking school district. Marijuana smoker’s paradise, as the smell of weed is everywhere on property. Vicious towing company patrols the property looking to prey on low income and single parent tenants. Strong belief that most positive reviews are corporately generated. Please… PLEASE find another place to live!
Quiet with distant view of lake. Great value for the price. Lived here a few years no major issues. —TC
I’ve lived here going on 6 years n love it! Very quite and spacious living! Kid friendly community my kids can play and I’ll know they are safe! Speed bumps everywhere so you know there’s not a lot of fast driving! Kids can ride bikes n play. After school meals for kids and before Covid there was after school programs for them! Friendly office staff always there to help! Dog park, basketball courts and park for kids to play! Affordable living for this neighborhood n great schools.

Hello! Thank you so much for your fantastic review. This is so great to hear! We're so glad you love your home with us. We are always here for you!
I just moved here in November. My daughter and I love it here! Amazing pricing and the scenery is great. It's very quiet, everyone is nice or minds their own business. Best place I could ever have found. If your looking for your next home this is the place to go. ?
All the ladies in the office are super nice and sweet. Daniel and Lauren will help you as much as they can and are very kind!!! These are wonderful apartments to live in!!!
I am currently renting here in 1315, I wanted to wait to write a review after being here for a few months and so far I LOVE IT! Lauren helped me with my application, the process was easy and smooth not like what I expected! So far everyone has kept to themselves and I have had no issues I don't see cops around, or anyone doing odd things. Trash is probably the biggest issue due to it over flowing in the front but other than that I have no complaints. We are happy! (:
We have live here almost 3 years now and have no plans to move. For a large complex it is very quiet. It's safe to let your kids go outside to play and even has a pool (not during Covid). Finding a place that welcomes pets is hard and this place has several dog runs and poo stations. The office staff is second to none. If you are apartment hunting, don't just pass this place by based on the rating. If you come and look you will be glad you did.
I have lived here for a few years now and have been very pleased with the great location, reasonable rent, and the current manager Danielle is great! The office staff and maintenance crew are always friendly and attentive. I am very happy living here!

That's great to hear! We're so glad that you're enjoying your time at Wildwood Branch. Thank you!
I have lived in these apartments since 12/14 and been through 4 different management programs here and the ones we have now possess a great fit for getting things accomplished. You get what you pay for as far as the apartments condition age as a factor. And I have to conclude ... If you nasty you gonna have roaches even if you live in a mansion.

Thank you for the 5 star review! We're always thrilled to see a satisfied resident share their opinion on our community.
These apartments are not as bad as the reviews I've read. The neighborhood and location is not bad at all and the staff is very friendly. I guarantee you won't find another apartment with this much space for the price they are renting units out for anywhere else in the Dfw area.

Thank you very much for your compliments! It is so great to hear how much you love your home and we really appreciate your recommendation!
Nasty apartments roaches and the police is always there for something
VERY NICE AND SPACIOUS SWIMMING POOL PLAYGROUND AREA GATED COMMUNITY VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF WITH THE MAINTENANCE WASHER AND DRYER CONNECTIONS .LAUNDRY ROOM FOR TENANTS. AREA FOR THE SCHOOL BUS..
These are good newer apartments. Wooded area and ample parking areas. The apartment is a decent size with a Dining room with big walk in closet for storage.a Galley kitchen and a decent living room with a big pantry off the Living room. It has washer and dryer hook ups. Nice big bathroom. I can see the lake and the woods off my balcony. I also watched deer last spring right up to fence in back yard.At night you have a good view of Fort Worth downtown lights. you are very close to take out eat in and groceries.
Income based apartments located by Lake Worth. Having a view of the Lake from your balcony/breezway is possible with the right location. The property started out as military housing but was later "condemned" and turned into government subsidized housing. The tenants are diverse by all means: Young, old and very color of the rainbow. Everyone is subject to a background/credit check and enployment verification but sometimes I wonder how some people made it in.. Have been a few quite serious crimes here. They are, however, few and far between. As for appearance, they look better from the outside. Inside is very basic. Laminate used at every opportunity. Some of the doors dont close properly and windows can be permanently marred or scuffed so you can't see out of them clearly. Everything is clearly painted in a rush and it gives a sense that maintenance does bare minimum for make-readies. Maintenance is quick to respond when you report an issue though. I can't keep track of how many times the office has restaffed. Can't speak for their personalities but really, dont feel the need to because it seems they only have 1 month tenures lol. There's a small workout room below the office that houses a bunch of mostly used equipment. Next to it is a media room and game room that nobody uses because, well, all the apartments have living rooms. The pool is poorly maintained and has the modt arbitrary open schedule. This might be due to the fact that its the only one shared by 12 buildings. The laundry room is also poorly maintained. Only half the equipment works half the time. 4 washers and 4 dryers shared by the entire complex. $1.25 to wash and $1.25 to dry (cant dry by the quarter). I find it easier to go to the Quickwash a couple of miles away which only charges $1 each and lets you dry by the quarter. There are full size washer and drier hookups in every unit for this who own them. Refrigerator, dishwasher and central A/C are provided. The most annoying thing I would say is that non-primary bedrooms dont have light fixtures. Closet space is minimal but the apartment itself feels spacious. Also, the complex is on a slope so when it ices be prepared to call in unless you have a pickup.
wildwood branch is a amazing affordable homes, very family oriented, the Area is GREAT everything is just about convenient.
