Poor management. Office ignores maintenance requests and sends snarky emails telling residents if they get upset they will ignore any requests. Our unit was not ready as promised on the move in date, yet I still had to pay rent for those days. Water heater broken for 4 days, many other issues we had to repair ourselves. Most recently, had a water leak that was damaging walls and floors... had to turn water off... no response from office or maintenance staff. After 2 days without water, we ended up repairing it ourselves at our own expense. Multiple vehicle thefts (including one of ours), and regular incidents of vehicles striped of wheels or vandalized. Security gates are broken and open 90% of the time. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.

The only thing they care about is your money. They will raise your rent the maximum allowable by law when renewal comes. I lived there 4 years and had to leave due to the fact I could not afford it. Cheep counters, no installation electric bill was high.
I have lived at Wildwood Creek for about 2 years now. I DO NOT recommend this property due to multiple issues: 1. Move-In - I moved across several states to arrive to an apartment that was not ready for me to move-in. I had signed my lease, and they knew I was arriving on a specific date since I had pre-planned everything. Upon arriving, none of the make-ready had been completed. The apartment smelled like a dog urinated all over it. We had to sit and wait for 3 days until they could get the floors repaired and replaced and the painting done, etc. My moving company charged me extra since we had to wait before we could move any furniture into the apartment. 2. Mold issues - I have lived in Dallas on/off for over 20 years. When I moved to this property, I suddenly had allergies. I had extensive testing done and found out I am allergic to mold. There is mold coming out of the vents and you can clearly see black mold all over the inside of the duct work. 3. Cracks in the foundation - I mean MAJOR cracks. I found out the people who had my apartment previously had to leave suddenly because the wall of the master bedroom split open and you could see the outside. Also, there is major movement in the foundation - most of my doors will not or cannot close. 4. Open areas under the foundation - when I moved in 2 years ago, I noticed that the back side of my apartment that faces the creek was sliding. They placed French drains in the area that are clogged up now and the entire apartment building is sliding into the creek area. It is VERY UNSAFE. My husband has been in the construction business for over 25 years, and is very concerned for the safety of the residents that live in this building. Also, there are large gaping holes under the building where they did foundation repair and it was never backfilled. After complaining about all of these issues, after 2 years, they finally backfilled those holes. Problem: they didn't NOTIFY me when they were coming and my cat was outside. She hid under the building because she was scared of the workers and they "accidently" buried her. Luckily, I heard her very early one morning and had to get on the ground and physically dig out dirt with my hands and a shovel to unbury her. She was barely breathing. Manager had no empathy. The property management company is SO CHEAP they won't invest in their own property to keep it liveable and in line with other properties where you pay this type of rent!!!!

We are sincerely grateful your cat is doing well, but would like to use this opportunity to remind all residents and future residents why it is important/required that animals be kept on a leash and under your supervision when outside your dwelling. I have lived here for almost a year, I am up for renewal and plan to do so. The community is gorgeous, well maintained, and the location is awesome. Love the pool and the workout room. Yes, this property did have a change in management, but I think it was for the better. The weekend hours are more flexible, which works for me, since I work during the week. I have nothing but good experiences with the staff from maintenance to property manager. My work order (I've only had one) was completed within 24 hours and anytime I go into the office, the staff is pleasant and attentive. If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful, and calm place to live, minutes from anywhere worth while, Wildwood Creek Apartments are the place to be.
We lived at these apartments for more than a year. Extremely Beautiful property. We had to leave Grapevine for work and health reasons. We were in middle of lease and agreed to follow all the policies they have to break the lease. I kept these people in loop for more than 5 months. I even started looking for renter who can take over my lease. I got to know from one of the front desks girls there (FYI - both of those girls have no idea what they are doing) that they have already found a tenent to take over my lease so I stopped looking for one. After a month I get a bill to pay more than $14000/-. The new Assistant manager is extremely rude and arrogant and threatened me for collections and were not ready to accept their staff mistake of informing me wrong. I even had a final payment breakdown before I left the apartments by one of their staff. I paid off all my dues by cheque. I have lived in more than a dozen apartments in various states and Texas. Never had this kind of bad experience. Please be careful. And, trust me I am one of you. Never was late on any of my payments and I earn six figure income. So, money was not a problem. These new management transitioned in April 2015. Horrible transitions. Behind just money and no human value there. These are my honest reviews. Curtis, is the only guy from previous management. He is the only awesome person there. Sorry, Curtis, to leave this bad review but your new management is ridiculously pathetic.

I have lived at this complex going on 2 years now and I highly recommend this property. They keep up with the grounds and the property always looks very clean and nice. The staff is great and very helpful as well. I checked a lot of other properties around this area before deciding on where I wanted to live and Wildwood had the friendliest staff and the best floor plans.

The new management raised our rent forcing us to move out even though we were perfect tenants. Before we even vacated, they then put our specific apartment #1624 back on the market for less than what we were originally paying. They lost a good paying tenant in an attempt to raise our rent for no reason. They also charged us for a stain on the carpet that was already there when we moved in. I contacted the manager, Curtis, over over a week ago and he still has not responded to this overcharge. My advice is to stay far away from this place!
DO NOT MOVE HERE! This is my seventh apartment I have lived in DFW due to being a college student and relocation. This is the most disgusting cheap place I have ever lived and I am dealing with two leaks and a bug infestation. This place is utterly disgusting and violates health code regulations. There are lots of things I can explain that went wrong here in my three months so far. I'll make it short and you can look at the photos for the rest. 1. We had no appliances for 5 days when we moved in. Including lights. Not compensated for all meals we had to purchase elsewhere for that time frame. 2. Person before us smoked IN the apartment. It made all of our clothes smell. Had to use an ozone machine for 4 days. Should have been taken care of. 3. Leak in the apartment filled with rain due to the actual stucco foundation cracking. We were told this was "fixed" after four days. "replaced the carpet" by taking out the padding....then never replaced until we called, then never stapled down. Well, come a couple weeks later we woke up to wet carpet and a ruined dresser AGAIN from the ceiling leaking everywhere. They don't actually fix things-they patch it hoping you won't say anything. We now have mold, from the previous leak and was told they won't do anything about it. refer to yelp for photos. 4. BUGS. Three pest control rounds later..we have found about 7 species of bugs and around 20 bugs in 3 months. Including a scorpion and two bugs on my countertop right before family was coming over for a thanksgiving meal. Refer to yelp for photos. 5. Hallways to get to your apartment are not maintained. Covered in bugs, dead bugs, leaves and dirt. It has been one thing after another here. Save yourself. You can get much better value around the area for the same price. We are breaking out lease and getting out of here with help from a lawyer and the health department.

Wildwood Creek is the friendliest place I've ever stayed at. The staff is very nice and maintenance is quick and professional. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment
