The Conplex is very clean. Maintenance is super fast to answer any maintenance request. Non updated units still have landlord specials but the units are very solid.

My resident experience is good, except for the fact the we pay for trash removal, but at least 2 days out of 10 I get a no trash pickup service notice. Can we be compensated for this or better yet eliminate this fee all together.

Quiet neighborhood back off of the main road, but there can be a pest problem. We have tried everything to get them to go away. Overall, this is a good place to feel safe at.

It is a relatively quiet property that is close to a mall, restaurants, and grocery stores, etc. Management tries to keep the appearance of the community appealing, however, there are too many times when the 3rd party trash collection crew doesn't work, and the trash accumulates accordingly. I don't even use the service, but I still have to pay for it.

The staff have been great - we’ve had some problems in our unit upon moving in because we don’t think the previous tenets took care of the unit well and the staff have been very helpful. We love the location and the access to walking trails since we have a dog.

I like it here, the one thing that makes me not love it area the bugs and inconsistency of the valet trash. Also, the fees. They are ridiculously high. But I do love the location and the way my place is set up

I really enjoy it here so far! I’ve eyed this complex for a bit, and finally getting to enjoy it. It’s very quiet, it gives a safe neighborhood vibe. Moving in was simple and everything was relatively clean. Maintenance requests are responded to pretty quickly, and the portal is easy to use. My only complaint would be the “valet” trash service that is included (mandatory) in rent. I’ve left my trash outside for pickup multiple days in the row, and it seems like the vendor just doesn’t care to pick it up. I’ve taken my trash to the dumpster, which is on the opposite side of the complex, more than this service has come to pick it up. I’d rather save my $20ish a month if this continues. My neighbors have all said that their trash rarely gets picked up to. A bit useless at this point.

Move in experience has been subpar for a place that describes itself as "Premier". Rushed job! The paint wasn't dry on the wall; it peels off at a mere touch. The bathtub was poorly painted as well. Parts of it is already peeling off in less than a month of living here. To make matters worse, it was painted just prior to move-in, as a result, we had to contend with the noxious smell--waking up everyday with stuffy nose and burning eyes for 2 weeks. Additionally, the unit wasn't thoroughly cleaned (dust and debris everywhere). Lastly, some of the maintenance requests have been poorly managed. The AC unit does not cool upstairs (only the downstairs stays cool while the bedrooms upstairs are warm: 87-89 degrees). I submitted a request for an HVAC technician to inspect the cause, however the building maintenance crew were sent instead, and their solution was that I should "buy a window AC unit". Afterwards, the work order was closed. For a "premier" apartment home, Wildwood Ridge should do better. I am highly displeased.

Wildwood is great community to live, they have 2 big pools, good Gym and good maintenance team, most of the time request fulfilled within one day.

I had a water flooding inside my apartment incident just one week after we moved in and it's been more than 1 and a half months and the community is still working on the fix. We are now forced to move to a different apartment after we moved in a week before this happened as they can not guarantee they can fix this for sure. Worst experience with all this incident and the way it's getting handled. We are not even getting any compensation after all this trouble. So, no fixing no compensation just frustration.

It’s a good place, it has it flaws like the renovation that was not done very well and some people that never pick up their dog’s poop but other than that is a nice place, mostly quiet and they fix stuff pretty fast mostly of the times

It is a nice neighborhood. The neighborhood is clean, quite and the space is great. There is plenty of greenery to liven the neighborhood up. They are diligent with trash pickup and removal, they have been great with communication as well.

The positive - Community is quiet and feels safe. It is also very walkable.. The negative- Office is hard to get ahold of via phone and bugs can be a problem. The valet trash service is also hit or miss.

The apartment has couple of issues with cleanliness and roaches are there. The carpet and the ceiling is not even. The move in date was extended for repair work, but looks like neither carpet nor kitchen tiles have been replaced.

The overall community is beautiful the neighborhood is quiet nice location I love that it’s tucked away and secluded you have everything to your grocery stores shopping malls restaurants etc. Our unit I have a love and hate very big and spacious which I love but it’s very old. It was not move in ready still isn’t. . it’s dirty, there is mold, rust, a lot of damages, spiders, spider webs, gnats, a lot of my major concerns have not been attended to. We just got here so I’m hoping for the best and things will get taken care of and I will be able to 100 percent enjoy my unit.

I've lived here for about 3 years and I enjoy it, manganment has changed and so have rules, however they're not terrible. Maintenance comes quick and the complex is always well kept. rent is affordable and there are good amenities.

Nice location. You can hop on 75 and 285 in 5 mins. Closer to Braves Stadium if you like baseball games. Overall good community. Close to grocery and shopping centers.

The apartments are nice and sit in a great location for me. I,also, love the fact that maintenance is done in a reasonable amount of time when I report an incident. Notifications are sent out in a timely manner.

Safe and comfortable area. I would at least maybe work on the parking areas. There’s some areas where it’s hard to park due to other visitors parking

Ive been here about 2 weeks now. I had to put in several maintenance requests. Which I feel should've been done prior to me moving in. Especially noticable things. But came the day after to fix some of them. Waiting for the rest to be completed. So far it's been quiet, some neighbors are friendly, some aren't. My only thoughts are, at least 4 people have moved out since I moved in (2 weeks ago). That makes me wonder a little bit. But so far my experience has been cool.

Very quiet and the grounds are clean. The neighbors are friendly. It is close to the interstate and stores are close to each other. There are 2 pools for us the one in the front is the bigger one and the one behind the gate is a nice size. We have Valet trash pick up but that is a $25.00 cost to the residents.

I've lived here for about two weeks (moved from out of state.) So far, the experience has just been okay. There were various maintenance requests that I had to make immediately (garbage disposal not working, sink filter needing replacing, sink not draining properly, no drain stopper provided, etc.) My unit is supposed to come equipped with a washer and dryer, however it has been over three weeks with no update. Thankfully, the washer and dryer fee was able to be waived, but I'm not sure why it was charged in the first place, seeing as I did not have the units. The leasing office will often state that they will follow up with certain answers to my questions and then never do so. My apartment is large for the price, thankfully. My specific apartment was a bit dirty (bugs in various places, dents in the wall, mold on the bathroom sink faucet, etc.) If I were to do it all over again, I would definitely choose a different unit, honestly, but the area surrounding the complex is a big plus.

So far the apartment has been great, when I first moved in a bit of maintenance was required but their team quickly came out to fix the probelms. The community has been quiet and polite as well.
