Hardwood floors refinished throughout our units and hallways. Each hallway has artwork throughout the building and a secure on-site bike room. Our laundry room is refurbished with machines. We have an onsite/live in manager. Think of vintage, beautifully renovated apartment, featuring hardwood floors, restored 1950's cabinets and finishes with new black and white ceramic counter-tops. Beautiful bathroom with new lights, cabinets, mirrors, new bathtub finishes not to mention one of the hottest downtown residential neighborhoods. We are walking distance to 16th Street mall, the Uptown Tavern, Steuben's, Ace, and many other restaurants, coffee shops, theaters, shopping and nightlife. You won't want to live anywhere else!
