I give no stars.

The management is never in the office. After you live there for 4 years or more there determine to kick you out. Even if you can pay rent. My family an I have been there for along time. A lot of families moved due to rent been out rageous. A lot of the families that live there does not pay the same amount of rent. The most I have herd was one family was paying 1,060. That is crazy!

If I could give them no stars, I would.

Totally ripped me off! Do not move in here! A lot of people that have lived here all say the same thing. Management changes a lot. So one agreement with one manager then new ones come in and now you have no agreement and they screw you!
