That building is infestade. Cockroach everywhere Is a nightmare....
If you don't mind roach infestations and constant maintenance problems, its actually not that bad. Hey, great location though.
My wife and I loved this place the first week. Then it really went downhill from there. The cops were a few doors down with a battery ram, cops are at this complex all the time. We started getting roaches, the newly remodeled kitchen was falling apart. Cheaply throwaway cabinets and floors are cheap. The Manager Lady has lied to our face twice already about repairs and parking spots. She is a Bully, she will argue and she is always right. She will smile and lie with no remorse. We asked 7 neighbors in our area and everyone of them does not like her. They have all said the same thing, she lies with a smile on her face. She should not be in a hospitality business and every one of the neighbors has roaches and 1 had mold. We stay away from her and are just waiting another few months for our lease to be up. The smell of septic is everywhere, neighbors have said that sewage comes into their bathroom at least twice a year. This place I found out is 40 years old with a new paint job. There is always vacant room, Wonder why-LOL. These are not apartment HOMES. They are old 500-600 sq. ft. apartments. Sign out by road is a lie.
The office manager is very friendly and helpful. She had all the paperwork ready at our lease signing appointment so it was very quick and efficient. Any repairs I have requested have been resolved very quickly. The apartments are very quiet and clean. So far this has been a great move!

I lived Williams Gateway Apartment for two years. The apartment was very dirty and so many cockroach and bug when I moved in the apartment. They fix refrigerator and air condition for a long time. They charges all my deposits when I moved out there. This is old and terrible apartment.
The good: Cheap rent, good access to ASU Polytechnic and shopping centers. The bad: Roaches, paper-thin walls, broken laundry facilities, and horrendous customer service. I have lived here for over 5 years, mainly for the price. Management was poor before, but at least they (sometimes) responded to maintenance requests. New management is even worse; they have an online service request system, and all of my 5 service requests have been closed without any action taken by maintenance staff. This includes a request to fix my smoke detector. That's right, they honestly do not care if a critical safety device is working. Additionally, they took over a month to fix my air conditioning in the summer (only taking action after I threatened to sue them) and over two months to fix a leaking sink and clean up the black mold that grew because of it. Ask yourself this question: is saving money worth risking your life? Because these people do not care about your well-being or safety, and will callously ignore any requests for assistance. This place should be condemned.
Looks like the new owners are putting in a lot of money into the property. Best place in the immediate area. Can't beat the price for a new renovated apartment. Building looks great, was just painted and the new management is in the process of putting in a dog park. Haven't encountered any issues yet. Place is safe, clean, and quiet. Would recommend.
Hi. I am michele and I live at Williams gateway apts. I love it here. We have a beautiful 2 bedroom apt. We have cute little court yards outside of our buildings and our neighbors are an absolute delight. We have a gorgeous pool area towards the front of the apts by the office and behind the laundry area. The complex was just taken over by new management so the pool hasn't been open yet due to permits and paperwork. I had heard they ordered nice pool furniture and are making all kinds of improvements. They just finished painting all the buildings and did some landscaping... also going to add a play park and dog park. They are also adding a bbq area and a fire pit. Plus many improvements coming for the inside. Sounds like it's going to be very nice. We are just happy to have such wonderful neighbors. Everyone here just helps one another. I think that's awesome. The apts are coming along just beautiful. I look forward to seeing the apts complete. Thank you, Michele & Steve
not worth it-roaches-black mold-pool has not worked in a year-cops there 2 to 3 times a week-bad management they do not listen, lie to your face with a smile. Plenty of other apartment nearby.

Let's start off by saying that the previous owners of these apartments did nothing when a work order was submitted. My air conditioning constantly runs making my electric bill very expensive. The dishwasher is non working since I moved in. Living room electric outlets don't work. On the plus side it was just recently bought by new people and they have updated the outside look as well as the inside look. Still haven't fixed the problems with my apartment yet.
