Nestled on the banks of the East River, Williamsburg’s nightlife scene glows just as bright as its art culture. Artists first moved to the area in the 1970s because of its affordability compared to surrounding areas, such as Manhattan. The neighborhood also offers larger homes, and direct access to transportation. In addition, the art community is alive and thriving, with local gallery favorites such as Front Room Gallery and Greenpoint.
To discover whether you should move to Williamsburg, find out what the neighborhood is all about. This area’s energy is unmatched, especially since the neighborhood has become a mecca for the creatives throughout the city. The luxury apartments in Williamsburg are surrounded by exceptional restaurants from authentic takeout to tapas to Michelin-rated fine dining. Longstanding spots like the Brooklyn Brewery have been providing residents with chilled pints since 1988.

Property Ratings at Williamsburg
Private floor and it has a great view of Lindsey Park. As its upcoming every day the landlord of my apartment modernized the floor with wood flooring, and accessibility to a back porch. Your enjoy the comfort of a safe building, plus enjoy the comfort of new appliances and back porch which you would enjoy to bbq in the summer. There's 3 huge bedrooms and new hard wood cabinets to accentuate the wood flooring. The kitchen has a chandlier light that brings that comfort of a new home. The best thing about the apartment I reside in is the living room, with great lighting and a fan to give you coolness during those hot days, plus the backdoor brand new with built in shade so you can open up the shade and let the sunlight or moonlight in for a day of relaxation or a romantic interlude with your significant other. Great location for new restaurants opening in this area. Accessible to mass transit, hospitals, and array of different types of foods, from Indian to thai you have to choose from. The best of all you Harvest Supermarket for all your organic needs.
The thought was - "I'll move to Williamsburg, that seems like a fun place."....But the days of Brooklyn being the cheap place to find an apartment are long gone. I happened to stumble upon this place - which is technically East Williamsburg, and instantly loved it. The location is solid, right off the train, and the neighborhood is pretty fun. The apt is nicely done, and the roof being refinished is a great addition. The price could always be lower though....
