The Allisonville community is eleven miles outside of Indy’s Mile Square. Residents of this suburban locale enjoy a plethora of shopping destinations like Castleton Square and the upscale shops at Fashion Mall at Keystone.
The Cheesecake Factory, Bonefish Grill, and the District Tap are just some of the options you’ll experience in Allisonville (but really, fall in love with). In addition to two malls, shoe stores, plazas, and home goods stores make up the community.
When it gets a little stuffy inside the shops – locals head on over to Fort Harrison State Park for outdoor fun and adventure. The Sahm Golf Course is just minutes north of the neighborhood by Interstate 465. Indianapolis residents love to explore the city’s many attractions from museums to expansive parks.

Property Ratings at Williamsburg North
I reached out to the property and was quickly contacted by Danielle who was super nice! We scheduled a visit to check out a 3 bedroom shortly after. We went on a Saturday and was assisted by Jennifer who was so friendly! We walked a vacant unit and really liked what we saw and was pleased with the amenities. We quickly applied & was approved within a couple of days. Can't wait until our move in this June!! Angela K.
I’ve lived here for two years. The staff are always personable and nice! My townhome is very spacious and I’m pleased with the few previous upgrades.
Been living at Williamsburg for 4 years and my stay have been nothing short of amazing. Great area with easy access to malls and highways. The maintenance have been incredible since day 1! They have corrected any and every issue in an timely manner. The office staff are friendly and easy to get along with. Danielle and Gale have been super helpful with each and every need I’ve had. Anyone looking to live within a great school district, near shopping, and wants affordable living space I HIGHLY suggest Williamsburg North
I have been living here for 3 months now and let me just start by saying wow! The staff is more than amazing they make this place feel more than home. Maintenance guys are fast when it comes to emergencies. Some of the reviews are bogus. I'm sure you will love this place if not as much as we do than more. Most places I've been the staff was horrible and not to helpful. The moment I stepped into the office here, I felt right at home. Thank you all for such warm welcomes and my new home. I couldn't be happier. Great choice!
My air conditioner has been broken for 2 weeks now with no indication that they're any closer to fixing it. The new management is horrible, doesn't communicate and doesn't even accept any kind of payment other than paper checks. This place is also noisy, not because the people are exceptionally loud but because of cheap windows and buildings that are crammed too close together. You can hear every word of every conversation anyone outside is having. Some people have to park on the streets, and most people treat them like one-lane roads, driving down the middle so you have to pull over and wait for them to pass. Oh, and every time it rains, the street floods so you have to drive out the back.
My husband and I are extremely happy with our lives here. Anything that needs repairing, is done quickly. The personnel at the Leasing Office are friendly and helpful.... honestly they all are so gracious and very professional .We are enjoying our time and love our place! . Our neighbors are friendly and so very nice! The grounds are well-kept and orderly--really beautiful. Thank you for the great living experience.

Warning to any young women looking to move here: maybe don't. My front door was kicked in at 6pm on a warm Sunday evening here on lovely ol' Commonwealth Court right across from the "courtesy officer". Maintenance was actually a lifesaver because they caught one of the four young men who were seen kicking in our front door. The office offered no help, and didn't even call us to ask us if we were okay. I looked into more about Williamsburg North and found that similar incidents where FRONT doors to young womens apartments were kicked in by a group of teenagers, so the office knows this is happening yet does absolutely nothing and offers no help to the residents who become victims to the people doing this. The location is nice, besides the fact that there is a school across the street from the only exit/entrance which means you have a likely chance of getting stuck in traffic for a while anytime before or after school lets out. The perk to the school being close is that sex offenders are unable to live within the area of the school, so at least there are no sex offenders in the neighborhood as long as the office is doing their job. The office staff can be helpful and friendly when they want to. Which, was not the case when my apartment was ransacked. Save yourself a break-in and don't move here!!!
I've lived here for a year. It hasn't been the best. The apartments are nice, the pet policy is great and it's a great location. The staff is not very friendly or helpful. They seem so bothered every time you need something. They are super rude and never smile. Maintenance takes FOREVER to respond to a request and if you make an apnt they cancel or try to enter when you're not home. There are also bugs and they won't do anything about it, just tell its bc of the time of year. After a year of living here I am now moving because of these problems. I know some people enjoy it here but I do not.
We recently moved from the country setting of southern Indiana and I was certain I wouldn't be able to make the transition from the country to the big city. I was wrong! We looked at a couple of apartments before we came to Williamsburg and they didn't compare to the cleanliness of the overall property. We feel safe here and after three months, we feel so at home. Convienent to everything, this is a great deal! Weekends are a little noisy but hey, with 318 other homes this close together it could be a lot worse!
