The office staff and management are very friendly and communicative. Grounds are maintained relatively well and maintenance is quick and thoroughly handled.

Staff is great, but like all rentals the land lords are ever increasing rates for no understandable reason. Be prepared for at least a $100 rate hike for your second year.

I have nothing but good things to say about Williamsburg apartments. I am quite satisfied with the whole crew, and Tim and Jeff from maintenance are the best at their job.

This complex is a great community. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Maintenance does a great job; they are thorough and very respectful. If something happens to be an issue, they are prompt and get things done right the first time. I love that it is dog friendly, and we have the walking trails to take the fury ones for a walk. The apartments are spacious, and having a washer and dryer in the unit is terrific. Parking can be cumbersome in the winter, but for the majority of the time, you can always get a spot. The garages are nice, it takes a little used to getting in and out, but once you get the hang of it, it is easy breezy.

These are the best apartments in the area. We looked at some others at a lower price point, and they didn’t compare. We feel safe here, the units are well maintained, clean, and spacious. Plus washer and dryer!! That’s hard to find. The walking trail and park are right out back so it’s perfect for families. Management is so kind and is quick to remedy any issues, maintenance or otherwise.

The location is excellent! So close to Hy-Vee, Walgreens, other restaurants and the mall at Southpointe! The folks in the office as well as Maintenance are friendly and attentive. Out of all the other apartments I've lived in over the years, this place is the best of the best! I really recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere with a great location and equally great staff :)

I have lived here for a while now. I love how you're close to the bike trail, Hy-Vee, Walgreens, restaurants and Southpointe Mall. The people in the office are friendly, know you by name. The maintenance men fix your work orders in a timely manner, helpful and friendly. CIP does reward peaks each year you renew your release which allows you to update, add, change things to your apartment.

The staff are caring and understanding. They are always happy to assist and talk.

I have lived in these apartments for years! It is nice when they do the renewal they give you perks. I asked to have part of my apartment repainted. Jeff did a wonderful job even painted the part of my kitchen to match the eggshell. He went above and beyond by matching the kitchen! I thank you so much as it makes my home look so much better!

I just moved in 2 weeks ago and the office staff have gone out of their way to make me and my family feel right at home. The maintenance staff has also done a lot to make my new home exactly as I need it. But the best part is my view for my morning coffee.

Been living here for awhile now and it's been a great experience. My 1 bedroom apt is big. It has a large deck that overlooks a park and has a washer/dryer, but for me the best feature is square footage. Living room and bedroom have a lot of floor space. The other thing that I've really appreciated about this place is the neighborhood. Five minutes from Southpointe, with everything else you need within walking distance, and it's just a generally nice part of town. The folks in the office were really helpful when I was transitioning from my previous place to Williamsburg and made a few adjustments that made the move go smoothly. In my subsequent encounters they've always been friendly and seem to know the residents by name. Haven't had any maintenance issues but I have spoken to the maintenance guy and he was personable and sounded eager to help if I needed anything. Overall, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to live in south Lincoln.

I live in a two bedroom apartment here . Its a very nice starter apartment. its a great size and has a washer dryer included. the pool is nice as well as the fitness center.

My apartment has stains on the linoleum, mold stains in the bathroom in the drywall, a urine smell in the carpet by the front door, numerous spiders and other bugs, loud neighbors, thin walls and ceilings, to name a few. The good part is that it is in a nice neighborhood, next to a park and trails.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Any issues are dealt with in a timely manner. The apartments are very nice.

My husband, children, and I have lived here for over 2 years and we love it. The office staff know us by name and are very friendly. Never has noise or loud neighbors been a problem. If you are looking for a good priced apartment home with a great community, you have found your place!
