I lived in Williamsburg Square in the early 2000's and recently moved back in and from then to now they have gotten so much better. The management is actually doing things to update the property and seem like they really care. I'm in one of the upgraded units and you REALLY can't beat the space and quality for the price. Maintenance as also been very prompt with everything I need. I was VERY hesitant to move back here after my experience back then but I'm so glad I did. Worth it. WILL NOT BEAT THE PRICE
I told the girl how much I make she said that I made enough then I paid them the money for the application same day she called me and said that they think I don’t make enough like are you serious
Theft is extreme over here, cars get broken into weekly, kids destroying people property with rocks, break in’s. Do your research! I know crime is everywhere but here it’s a whole different level. I heard about tires even being stolen off peoples vehicles.
Worst management to deal with, you generally have to speak with 3 different people before you can actually get your issue addressed. Maintenance never fixes anything, and if they do it just breaks again. Roach infested and poorly maintained. They allow people to smoke inside and when kids started a fire they came to clean it a week later and the fire extinguishers were missing in the entire building for over 3 months. Only live here if you are desperate.

I've been a resident over 5 years and my appliances are old and rusted which eventually led to a gas leak in my unit. I made several attempts to reach out to Management but they have given no concern to the issue. Although I have gotten some things replaced a dangerous situation such as this could have been avoided had they did a yearly inspection on equipment especially a unit that has been here since 1968. I once had a issue with my garbage disposal called to put in a work order after it was repaired the property manager Teresa billed me $125.00 tacked onto my rent. Another issue was my door which was originally detailed with the squared glass became dry rotted (wooden area) I put in a work order maintenance replaced it with a full white door which cracked the wall slightly above the door when I notified the office they patched it with paint that didn't match the rest of my kitchen and refused to repaint the wall NOT to mention the door is about two inches above the ground. I decided I did not want to renew my lease especially when newer units that are less then mine are now fully furnished with stainless steel appliances. When I informed the property manager more than two times that my basement ceiling was leaking 3 maintenance men came looked at it and said they return the following day but unfortunately they didn't until I called again.
This is the worse experience I've ever had. Williamsburg Square sucks and especially the management. They don't fix anything. I moved here in March of this year and my basement leaks Everytime it rains outside so that means my kids can NEVER play in the basement. It's now going on September and my basement still isn't fixed. They told me they are trying to get the funding to get things fixed but I thought y'all had the money because of being an apartment complex. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! I have other things going on with my unit and still not fixed????????
I've lived in these apartments for the past three years and have finally had enough. Maintenance is practically non-existent. I have had issues with heat and A/C , and each time it has taken them months to respond. I currently have multiple requests in from as far back as September of last year, and issues include: -carpet flooding when A/C kicks off -mold on walls due to frequent and unaddressed flooding -a leak in my bathroom ceiling -the leak has been there so long there is currently a large hole in the ceiling where water damage caused a collapse -mold on the ceiling -a bathtub that has had leaking issues since before I moved in, still unaddressed In addition: there are roaches in many apartments, management has a bad habit of "accidentally" overcharging tenants, the pool is rarely open, and the rent has increased by over $100 in the past two years despite all of these issues. STAY AWAY!
You're basically paying for what you get. It takes forever for a repair to get done. The office staff now sometimes doesn't know what's going on; actually most of the time they don't know what's going on. You have to call 500 times to get something done. The apartment is decent but a little bit out of date though. I've lived here for going on three years and things usually aren't bad but when you need something from them it's like pulling teeth. Still waiting 3 months for a repair.
It a nice quiet neighborhood it not an apartment but an depluxe it has an large kitchen but the bathroom and the bedrooms could be a lot bigger and also the living room needs more room and there is no grocery store In walking distance.

It's nice that it is close to many stores and restaurants. It's a really spacious apartment, especially for 2 people. There isn't really any common area for people to come out and get to know their neighbors or to just enjoy the nice weather. But overall, it's a nice apartment. Get the feel of the city without actually having to go downtown.

I have been a resident of Williamsburg square for nearly five years. While the apartment size is great, the property management is terrible. I have been without air conditioning for approximately 3months with no end in site. My garbage disposal and dishwasher are backed up repeatedly which suggests a problem with the line, however I am being threatened with having to foot the bill for that repair. When I call to complain I am told "you can always find another place to live" I didn't start this way. initially, the property was managed by another company for the first 3years I lived here. Once the new management took over, everything has been in a steady decline. My lease is up in January and it is my fervent hope that I am able to find a new place to call home.
