Do not live here. Especially if you are not familiar with the area and what happens here. If you do not like the smell of weed you shouldnt live here. Trash everywhere, cars being broken into. Office people are nice when you want to move in but once I had an issue they were very rude. Moving out of here is the best decision Ive ever made.

the apartments are clean, the building is clean, the the staff is nice, its a great place to stay, close by everything you need as far as shopping and dining close to the highway

The apartment complex is conveniently located across from a stip mall with a Giant Eagle, Office Max and Marc's. The location is minutes from I-90 and I-271. The maintenance staff works hard to keep the grounds and interior common spaces clean. The staff is friendly and tries to keep elevators open and available for use.
My move in experience was horrible. The freight elevator was down and it took 8hours before I can move my things in. The management did apologize and offered to assist me in my fees for the movers which made up for the inconvenience. Despite my move in experience I do love my apartment. Its clean, nice, and spacious. The maintenance is on point and is on top every issue I have had.
The staff here are wonderful! They are kind and very helpful in finding what you need. The surrounding area isn't the best, but they have security on the premises and it's gated
Ever hear the saying you can put lipstick on a pig but its still a PIG? Willoughby Hills Towers is that PIG.The management is horrible,the maintenance is horrible and K&D Properties could care less about concerns and issues. I have been here 10 months and cant wait to get out. I have had issues ranging from invasion of privacy to maintenace. I have even been locked in the garbage room shoot because there is no door handle to get out,only a lock. I plan on contacting the BBB, The Willoughby Hills Fire Department and anyone who will listen. This is NOT a safe place to be and the manager could care less that Good Tenbants like myself cant wait until the lease is up. My shower has not worked right since the day I moved in, but they have "fixed" it several times. I just gave up. My toiet smells like sewer water. In April i discovered water pooling under my kitchen sink. The maint. Guy put a bucket under the drain and told me not to use my dishwasher. 2 months later maintenance workers busted into my apartment with no notice because water had been leaking into the apartment below.I explained what happened in April and they just laughed. Well that weekend I went without water for 2 days in the kitchen for 2 days while waiting on a new faucet,they said no leak..it was a bad faucet. Well that new faucet was dripping. It took 3 calls before they entered my apartment again...this time they "fixed" it but somehow the went into my bathroom and my bedroom. I came home and found the kitchen sink still dripping and noticed they were in my other 2 rooms..Unreal. I called the property manager yet again and stated that I did nit want anyone entering my apartment without my knowledge. She said they were contact me via phone. 2 days later maintenace is again busting into my apartment. This time I was home and barly had time to put a robe on. They had the key in my door about to enter...I had no warning or call as promised 2 days earlier. Well this time they bust my kichen cabinets off ,the pounded holes in the walls , busted the dishwasher. scuffed the floor up, left dry wall resudue everwhere, left the walls jacked up and un painted. They even used my dish towel as a cleaning rag. I complain and get told " I am sorry you fel that way" The manager and maintenance workers actually thought it was ok to leave my kitchen in that state. I have gone without power in my unit for 2 days, and It still hasnt been fixed properly. The "on call" worker was 3 and half hours away.
The apartment was very very beautiful when I saw it my a.c works amazing the carpet is brand new the paint is very fresh my bathroom was in outstanding condition my the dish washer is brand new nothing is broken it smelt very great upon moving in. Its great living here I feel very very safe here. I will be renewing my least next year for sure . its just amazing if u see it you will understand.???? very satisfied.
Willoughby Hills Apartments is a nice place to live. They are making many upgrades, and are really improving the property in general. We have lived here for 3 years and have no complaints.
There is a guard office no guard. Security doors are always broken and left propped open. Housekeeping is sleep in storage room on a daily basis. Hasn't ran the sweeper in the halls in over a month. The stinch from the compact room makes the halls smell like hot garbage in the summertime. In the winter the windows are so thin the air blows in as if you are outside. Now there is a person hanging their laundry on the balcony which can be clearly seen when you pull into the 2nd floor parking lot. It is so embarrassing. The entrance is trashed. It is starting to look like the projects.
Almost perfect location. Walking distance to major grocery and other shopping, restaurants -.sit-down and fast food. Convenient to on/off highway. Internal laundry facilities on every floor. Also a short distance to external laundry facilities. Medical care facilities in walking distance. Clean in-and-out, peaceful, wonderfully landscaped, and security monitored.. ..
