Midway between Winston-Salem and Raleigh (roughly one hour’s drive to each), Burlington is an all-American community that looks fondly at its history while always working toward an even better future. In addition to the woodlands all around the city, several community parks and outdoor recreation areas provide ample opportunities for sports, hiking, swimming, boating, and more. Burlington City Park’s beautiful antique carousel is one of the city’s major landmarks, and forms the centerpiece of an annual music festival.
The community has done a lot of work to make the downtown area something special, with historic buildings, great locally-owned shopping and dining, and a 15-square-block area with free public Wi-Fi access. Downtown apartments have direct access to all of this and more within walking distance. The collaborative spirit runs deep in Burlington, and residents have no shortage of opportunities to take an active role in their community.

Property Ratings at Willow Creek Apartments
Don’t move here. The management & maintenance doesn’t care about apartment issues.
I lived here 10 years ago and let me tell you.....the new property manager Wanda has turned this place 360 degrees. Her knowledge is endless and the upgrades are amazing!!! She is the ONLY reason I moved back here. The maintenance staff (Carl) irreplaceable!!!! Wanda knows her stuff and I wouldn't live anywhere else!!!! You have to check out the changes and improvements.... They are worth every dime!!!! She cares about her residence and the quality of the property. Without her I wouldn't know what I would of done. Process with her is easy, efficient and timely!!!! Check out her and her staff!!!! Tracy Monroe
I have been waiting for almost 7 months to have my screen door replaced. It is unsecured without a lock. It kept jamming and causing me to be locked in from the inside and locked out from the outside. New management has now taken over the past four months and all they keep telling me is a storm door is on back order. Can never get repairs on timely in your apartment and when they do come to do them they halfway fix what they’re supposed to do because they are not qualified to do the repairs. This place has gone downhill in the past year and a half and it’s truly sad that they’re raising the rent and doing nothing for maintenance of the property no lawn care service whatsoever and ever they want to come take care of the grounds.
I have lived at Willow Creek for 4 years and enjoyed every moment. My neighbors are friendly, quite and respectful of the properties designated parking spaces. The grounds are well maintained and maintenance has always arrived on time and completed all work orders promptly. Location is Awesome, close to Interstate 40, The City Park, restaurants, shopping centers and grocery stores. Safe place for children to play and lovely, secure swimming pool. Super nice office manager, Michelle, who is always available to help with any situation or concern you may have. I would highly recommend Willow Creek Apartments to anyone relocating to Alamance County. It's a Great place to call "Home".

I've been staying here for almost 2 years. No major issues. Peaceful for the most part. Property manage Michelle is great. She cares about her tenants.
We’ve been living here for 6 years and the service here is the worst. The office manager is the most unprofessional. When we originally moved in the apartment needed repairs and we were told they would come repair them and they never have. Each time we call the office they ignore phone calls, always close the office early no matter what day it is. Like I said worst apartments with no communication what so ever. Hope to move out soon.
I have lived in Willow Creek Apartments for about 20 years. A good place to love, well kept buildings and grounds. Most of all an awesome maintenance man!
I have never been more satisfied than I have been living at Willow Creek. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained. The staff is exemplary and quick to fulfill any requests. I have not had any problems since moving into my apartment, nor have I ever had any problems with the staff members. The complex does not have a laundry facility, but does offer laundry rentals for the apartments. Has a decent pool with poolside furniture. For the pricing and the community, I think Willow Creek deserves 5 stars!
