Don’t let the couple of good reviews fool you! The pool hasn’t been open in about 6 years, maintenance never fixes anything, management is rude af it’s like dealing with the spirit airlines of apartments. And They raise the rent every. Single. Year. Anyway. After 9 years I’m moving my dad out of this DUMP
This place has mold do not move here the office manager is very nasty my apartment has water coming down from the ceiling for 4 months and has a hole in the ceiling they don't fix anything ans will not return any phone calls
I’ve lived at willow creek for four years and the new management is amazing.They are very professional and take pride in keeping the quality of the property amazing inside and out. Would definitely recommend to a friend nice and quiet living.
I enjoy living here. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood. Maintenance has taken care of my needs in a timely fashion. I don't have any complaints.
I lived here previously for 2 years and everything was okay. I came back last year and everything has gone to hell since the new management took over. I was left with a huge leaking hole in my bathroom ceiling for over a month before they decided to come plaster over it, meanwhile it was literally raining in my apartment. After they plastered over it they never sanded it down or painted it to match the rest of the ceiling no matter how many times I called to complain. I was also left without heat for a week in the month of November and was unable to use my oven for at least 2 weeks before they came to fix it. I would not recommend living here.
