Even if they spray, the roaches will DESTROY your home. The issue never ended. The fees for the apartment were beyond unreasonable, and any request for something to be fixed took at least a month. Everything is old and outdated. Listen to reviews.

Pros: Office staff is always nice. Maintenance is friendly and completes work orders within 1-2 days. If it is an emergency they are quick to respond within a couple hours or sooner. Full-sized front-load washer and dryer. Cons: There are recurring monthly fees (CAM fee, service fee, other random fees that no one ever told us about) that are not listed in the lease, so expect to pay $100 more per month than what your rent is. There is always dog poop in the grass or rocks. After you finish your move-in inventory, they tell you that they will look at it and fix anything that you noted. They don’t. You need to put in work orders for everything that’s wrong with the place when you move in (even though it should have been taken care of before you moved in). The apartment smelled heavily of smoke. So if you have asthma or are allergic/sensitive to smoke, just beware. We did not put down a deposit at the beginning, but had to pay ridiculous fees (about $500) when we moved out for their painting fee, carpet fee, cleaning fee, etc. I assure you that we left that apartment very clean with no damages, so this cost is absolutely ridiculous. Tiny gym and you need to get a special key card to get in. Summary It’s a below-average apartment for an expensive price. Our apartment was a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom not updated. All the fixtures (fan, door knobs, faucets, shower head, etc) looked like they were from when the apartment was originally built. The only newer things were the fridge, microwave, and stove (which were black, in case you’re wondering). It was carpet except in the kitchen and bathroom. Cabinets were brown, countertops were a dark gray with white specks. The reason I say this is a below-average apartment for an expensive price is because we found a different apartment complex in the same zip code, where we are paying the same price. BUT our new apartment is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, it’s updated (new light fixtures, fan, faucets, shower rods, shower heads, door knobs, hardwood-looking floors everywhere except the bedrooms), has a bigger and more accessible gym, and still has an in-unit washer dryer. All this for the SAME PRICE we were paying at Willow Creek.

The grounds are always taken care of, they clean them every morning. Everyone keeps to them selfs. Great place to live, If you live in the front of the Apartments.... DO NOT MOVE IN IF THEY ARE TRYING TO PUT YOU IN THE BACK OF THE COMPLEX.... THEY DO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT THE FREIGHT TRAIN THAT COMES BY RIGHT NEXT TO THE BUILDING. OR THEY WILL SAY, "OH IT ONLY COMES BY MAYBE ONCE OR 2 TIMES A DAY, BUT NOT AT NIGHT." THIS IS A BIG FAT LIE.... I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS IN THE BACK OF THE COMPLEX... I CAN TELL YOU FOR A FACT, THE TRAIN COMES BY 1-2 TIMES IN THE DAY.... AND FROM 2 ALL THE UP TO 6 TIMES A NIGHT..... ITS WAKES YOU UP JUST ABOUT A HOUR APART IN THE NIGHT.
I was here for a year. Here's how it works. They will show you their nice office and the model 2 bedroom up by the front pool which are pretty. But whatever unit you end up in will probably have been renovated in 1980. Everything they use is of the cheapest quality so it uses a lot of electricity and water and always breaks. My A\C went down 9 Times during the summer when it was 120 out, instead of replacing it they would pump it full of freon which I would then smell in the apartment which is highly toxic. My electric bill for the small 2 bedroom I was in was $350 a month because of the A/C unit being so old. I now live in a decent size house its under $200 a month just to give you an idea. When I spoke to the office about it they just brushed me off, its their way of dealing with issues. The pools in the summer are full of children, literally full of children. So they get gross and you don't really want to go in a pool that's has had 50 kids in it all day that never leave to use the restroom.... After hours people will bring stereo's to the pool and play music all night, I've seen kids riding their bikes into the pools at night. But don't worry let the front office know the next morning if they answer the phone and they won't do anything about it There's a fee for everything. Late by a few minutes on the rent deadline which vary's by when they get around to posting it, $150.00 try and dispute it they will show you the 80 page lease you signed. Then $150 a day after that. When I moved into my apartment the floors were dirty the bath tubs were kind of cleaned, but I didn't say anything I just cleaned everything and that was that. When I moved out I cleaned the apartment for 3 days with the help of 2 friends to avoid cleaning fee's. I Left the apartment spotless and was charged with a $400.00 cleaning Fee. If you don't pay the fee they send it to collections. They are great with threats at this place and have a lawyer on call if you start to really make a fuss. Anything you get delivered is help in the front office in a closet which any tenant has access to, so guess what happens to your deliveries.... They get stolen! But don't worry its in your lease that the front office is not responsible for stolen packages. This happened to me and just about everyone else I knew around the complex. I strongly urge anyone considering this place to look somewhere else.

Location is near ASU but not packed with college kids unlike the ones that are walking distance to campus. Price is not too bad for having a full size washer/dryer included in the unit. The kitchen in a 1 bedroom is really small. Hardly any counter space and the cabinets are tiny. There are no drawers that fit a standard size cutlery tray. Bedroom is large and has a small patio attached. A larger patio with storage is connected to the living room. The biggest issue is the grounds upkeep. Lot of animal waste and trees are not pruned there are a lot of leaves in the grass areas and parking lot. Also the sprinklers water the entire sidewalk as well which can be hazardous.
I had the best expiriences here at this place, it would be very nice to win this offer and take the money for the entire year rent or why not for the entire year, thank you apartments.com for this opportunity. ????
I have to say I loved these apartments up until the end.. At move out, aside from the $200 deposit they kept I had to pay $90 in fees. They have so many fees- carpet, painting, cleaning, etc!!! And let me tell you, the apartment was left very clean and in great conditions! I guarantee there was nothing they had to do that would cost that amount of money.. Not to mention I was never really home, being a full time student and also working full time..
I've lived here for some time now and I have to say, I really like this place. The staff is courteous, relatable, and get the job done. There are three pools, a gym, and a basketball hoop. The location is excellent, it's within five-ten minutes away from basically anything there is to do in Tempe. The rent is affordable and they have options that would fit most people's needs.
Very rude apartment manager. Maintenance comes to "fix" problems and appliances work for a day and then go back to not working. Instead of actually going in and fixing what's wrong they just get it to work for the day and then don't come back to fix it. The pipes smell so badly there's a smell in our cabinets, you cant open them without making the whole room stink. Totally unhappy here.
