Willow Creek Apartments

Having stayed at Willow Creek Apartments for around Four years and only having to have moved for personal reasons, I can honestly say it was the best place I have lived in thus far. Its management staff have always been helpful and resolve issues quickly, they are also very communicative about necessary upkeep such as pest control visits and electrical maintenance. The Rooms are clean, spacious, and semi-recently renovated with ample balconies and living spaces. I would highly suggest looking into living here if it suits your area needs.

Willow creek apartments is a great place to rent at managers are kind, nice, and actually care about your stay there. One of the managers Lance is by far the best apartment manger or attendant I’ve dealt with. The location of the apartments is also a plus as well didn’t want to even leave but I had to wonderful place to stay

When I was looking into their apartment complex the leasing office was very quick to answer the phone, give information and set up a tour. I stayed in a 2 bedroom, both my roommate and I had our own bathrooms which is very rare to find especially with a very reasonable rent we payed. The staff ( especially Lance) are awesome, they respond very quickly and care about their residence. I never had an issue with noise, bugs, or theft. I used the laundry facility and the pool which are both very well maintained. I loved all the fresh flowers they have around the leasing office , it makes it look very homey and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Willow Creek.

Willow Creek is located in a very nice and quiet area. Lance is very professional and as a first time renter he was very good at helping me understand everything that was in the lease.

I came by to view the apartments and the property managers couldn’t have been nicer people! I drove around the complex to get a feel for the place and it looks so nice. The residents have flowers on their decks, you can tell they are upgrading the complex. It is quiet, clean, with great laundry facilities. They have a lot of options.

Lived here for two years and I never had a problem. Great environment, staff was always friendly and always answered my questions. I always felt safe and didn’t have to worry about any crazy situation. Overall good experience and I loved my spacious apartment!

Willow Creek Apartments are wonderful. They are affordable, well maintained, and in a great location. The property managers are super helpful and friendly. I’m a current resident and I would definitely reccomend it to others.

I relocated with my 2 children from Hawaii to Wichita. Lance had everything finalized and approved before we even arrived in Wichita. (everything was done ONLINE!) What a blessing to get off the plane, drive to the Willow Creek office, pick up the keys and go directly to our new home. (By the way, he already had the heat on! How great is that!!) I am almost 50 yrs old and this is by far the easiest, most organized, stress free move in I have EVER had. 5 stars are not enough for Willow Creek Apartments and Lance!

I lived here for four years and I loved the experience. Property management acts fast on your needs and the maintenance is rapid. Thus far the best deal I’ve seen. Mr Lance (Property manager) Is one call away to address your concerns. Once again, loved living there!

I had the pleasant opportunity to meet Tara and Lance who manage Willow Creek Apartments. The apartment was nice and clean when I moved in, once I moved in I noticed how the property was well maintained, If I needed any repairs it was addressed quickly. I have lived here for four years, and have nothing bad to say about this place. The management is amazing and is quick to respond to concerns. The location is great if you are attending Wichita State University or work anywhere on the east side of town. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and easy to access. The rent is some of the cheapest around for the space you get. Overall, a great place to live in Wichita!

I just had the chance to visit Willow Creek Apartments and met with Lance...and I was just in shock at the service and care I received from Lance! The apartments are very nice and it is definitely a place I’d look into and call it home!

I have lived at Willow Creek for 2.5 years and I absolutely love it. Lance, at the office, is wonderful and feels like family. Maintenance is always readily available if there are any issues (I have only called a few times over the years for minor fixes). The neighborhood has always felt safe. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice affordable place to live.

2 leases & I loved every bit of it . I actually only left because I moved out of state. Everyone in the office is great. Maintenance comes when they say they will . Great quiet neighborhood!

This apartment complex is AMAZING! I definitely enjoyed living here. Renovations are being done, and they are coming along so beautifully. Great neighborhood, I had amazing neighbors! Lance was always so welcoming and his door was always open. He genuinely cares! He definitely cares about his tenants and the property. I will definitely miss living here, but I am excited about what's next.. 5 STARS AND TWO THUMBS FOR WILLOW CREEK!!

I've lived here there for roughly around three and a half years. Quiet neighborhood. In a residential area. Enjoyed my stay there. Moving closer to work was the main reason for leaving. Ready for a new direction. Lance is the property manager. Very nice and professional. Always says hi. Makes you feel like you belong there. Will miss my time there but ready to move on to the next chapter in my life.

Lance is very receptive and quickly responds to concerns and suggestions. In the years I've lived here, there have been a couple of disrespectful neighbors that liked to party or play loud music late into the night. Lance did not tolerate this behavior and the problem was quickly rectified. Over the years I've noticed that the community has shifted from mostly students to young families. I am very grateful to see this change and hope to see more improvements in the years to come. Lance really makes Willow Creek. He goes above and beyond to ensure that Willow Creek is a clean, safe, and peaceful place to live. I would recommend living here.

Lance is just the absolute best. I've never lived in any apartments where the manager was so friendly, cooperative, and efficient. Lance is very personable and makes sure everything in your apartment is perfect. Extremely friendly staff, great pricing, nice and peaceful location. I would definitely recommend this complex to a friend.

The current property manager is the best manager I have ever seen in any apartment so far. He manages Willow Creek Apartments so nicely. He is very cooperative and helpful. This apartment is very good to live in this area.

I have lived at Willow Creek for a year now and we love it! The staff here is so friendly and Lance is wonderful. He does everything he can to help you with any problem. Maintenance has always fixed a problem in less than a day and are really friendly as well. Overall, we love the great price and friendly environment.

I lived at Willow Creed for 2 years and only moved because I bought a house! Lance and Jamie are fantastic in the office and go above and beyond for the residents at Willow Creek. The maintenance staff is very hard working and quick with anything that needs to be fixed. The location is close to WSU'S campus and not far from shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and I never had an issue with parking!

Fabulous place to live! The renovations are amazing and I just love the leasing staff. Lance, the property manager goes above and beyond to meet all of my expectations. I would highly recommend Willow Creek as a place to live!

Lance and Jamie are responsible for these apartments, they are such a pleasure to rent from. They are very responsive and will do anything possible to accommodate you. They are currently under renovation and will be up to date. Very nice place, enjoyed my stay.

This place is disgusting! Roaches and spiders everyday! I've only lived here 4 months and I've had toilet over flowing, air conditioner works terribly, I was warned not to move here and I should of listened I do not recremend this place at all that's why it's so cheap $560 for a 2bd 2ba there is downfalls! The management is horrible, the mainnance are always in your business, you can't even live comfortably without having issues here. Do not move here, you will regret it

I live at willowcreek apartments in wichita ks. I have been there since aug 2013, its quiet and a very small apartment community. There is a pool,and also some garages. The apartments are a nice size for the price but not alot of storage space, also very limited parking. Other than that i like the apartments

This place is great. Rental rates are lower than most in the immediate area, but it's still safe, quiet, and well maintained. Some little issues & there with interior fixtures and paint, otherwise well appointed. Any requests to the maintenance department are swiftly responded to, and the management staff are friendly, and helpful. The "Waterscaped Landscape," is apparently not what it used to be, as I've only seen any large quantities of water when it rains and the dog-walk area fills up. The pool is small-ish, but it's kept clean and secure. The units are a little lacking in the window department, but all have a decent sized patio or balcony. Property is set back in a good neighborhood, and they have a security company that patrols at night. There's plenty of quick access to shopping, dining and entertainment. Oh, and there's a nice, big, clean laundry room. You'll like it here!

Just dont live here plain and simple....save your time and money.
