DO NOT MOVE HERE!! RATS!! We are 2 months from moving out and I’m counting down the days. We have had rats in our ceiling and utility closet for months. Made plenty of service requests and nothing has been done. All they did was seal up the hole that they were coming in from with wood. They are still walking above our living room, dining room, and kitchen area. This is one of the worst and most disgusting places I have lived in. Nancy at the front does not respond to messages if it involves an issue. We’ve had tons of electrical issues and leaks in our ceiling as well. We also had to buy our own bug spray because we still had tons of crickets and spiders coming in after they sent someone to spray. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!

The staff, especially maintenance, seem to have a very high rate of turnover. Miss Nancy, who is always professional and kind, is the only current employee that was here when we moved in. We have had numerous issues in our apartment (leaks, faulty AC, etc) that have never gotten fixed on the first visit. There isn’t consistent maintenance on site, with people having to come in from Austin and Waco at times. The pool has been a nightmare. It will be closed for months at a time, then overloaded with chemicals and opened. It’s then not cleaned until it gets so gross that they have to shut it down for months again. This has been a repeating cycle here. And when we complain, the response is that they are short staffed and they are working on it. There is always trash blowing around the property, not to mention piled up around the dumpsters. And don’t get me started on the laundromat - the washers and dryers are not properly maintained and getting your money back is next to impossible as it’s all through an app that “management has no control over.” The property is simply not up to the standards they advertise and certainly not for the amount of rent they charge.

Willows creek is a place that is made and does feel like it’s your home. From the staff Mrs.Connie, Mrs. Jennifer and Mr. Donald and to the apartments itself. The apartments and townhomes are updated and very spacious the greenery from the grass to the ducks at the pond are very much a peace of mind. Overall if I could give this place a 10 out of 10 I would.

I started researching moving to Texas in March of 2021. I contacted Willow Creek and spoke with Bobbie who was extremely helpful!! I completed the application process online and moved in on 5/31/2021. Bobbie and the staff were so warm and welcoming. My apartment/townhouse was absolutely immaculate and exactly as pictured. The property grounds were so beautiful, extremely clean and well kept. Bobbie checked on me every few days for the first few weeks just to make sure I was ok and to see if I needed anything. She went above and beyond. Not only is the property excellent, the staff - very helpful, the other tenants are extremely quiet. I sleep with my window open every night and never hear anything other than crickets. I have been here almost a year and I just gave my notice only because I bought my first house. If anyone I know is ever looking for an apartment, I will definitely send them to Willow Creek.

This place was very lenient with everything and willing to help out. It’s also a great neighborhood with great land lords

When first moving in the apartment was clean and if I had any issues they were fixed immediately. The staff treat me like family. I have lived here for about 5 months and I really enjoy it.

I have been here for almost two years now and it has been an amazing experience. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. The property is very well maintained and any issues i had were resolved quickly. I highly recommend.

I just want to say Willow Creek Apartments is Amazing! ..I'v enjoyed the spacious rooms,clean kitchen (free of roaches),huge A/C and your own waterheater(incase your city sprungs a gas leak.hope it never happens..lol) big fridge and dish washer.But most importantly,the office managment Ms. Bobbie and Ms.Jenn..Automatically we are a family. Took care of me when I first moved in and took care of my family when I deployed.(what living establishment does that?!) With all my heart I thank them so much! Maintenance are super hard working and friendly, gets the job done on a timely matter. I've been living here for 2 years + months. I love it here, my family loves it here and it's our home far away from home..-EValdez

Worst place in history of apartments, they talk the good talk but when it comes to getting something done it doesnt happen. We are so fed up with this place, our lease is up in September and we are out of here. They will leave your apartment in chaos, we have mold behind our toilet, water is leaking somewhere just to list a few things that they "fixed. :

I lived here in 2015, left then came back in 2018! Ms. Bobbi and Ms. Jen have taken excellent care of me! They are loving and interested in the well being of their renters! The entire Willow Creek Management and Maintenance Team, Are All For Renter Satisfaction! Needs By The Renters Are Aimed to Be Met As Soon As Possible! Cleanliness maintained by the team and renters! Renters/ Neighbors are neighborly, and look out for each other! Overall Quiet Complex, With Awesome Pond and Can Feed The Ducks on Property!!!

I would definitely suggest for anyone and everyone to live here at the community of Willow Creek apartments. There’s so many wonderful things about living here including the pool,park and a fun little pond. I’m so thankful Mrs.Bobby is our landlord she is so wonderful and helps with any issues we have. The maintenance is great and always taking care of our apartment needs. Such a great place to live.

Let me just say this! While I was waiting I heard the phone ring 125 times...5 people walked in along with 2 tech's ....Bobbi was alone because the other lady was gone to the bank...Never once did her smile leave her face! It was so busy I wanted to answer the phone for her! I noticed how she greeted every customer with a smile, and it was amazing how she knew them all by NAME! Needless to say we rented the place! The customer service was fantastic! She knows her property and it shows in her work. Can't say enough good things about this lady! The apartments and nice and affordable. These ladies deserve free lunch daily to whomever owns this property!

I would like to compliment and thank Ms. Bobby and her staff for being the best. Since the first day that I walked into Ms. Bobby’s office and asked if there was any apartments available, I have been treated with the upmost respective and treated as if I was a family. I have been living here for over three years and have never been so satisfied with the respect, professionalism, and family atmosphere given and shown to me. It is not actions that Ms. Bobby and her staff do once in a while, they show it every day. Any problem that I have encountered in my apartment has been fixed or looked at without hesitation. I am very happy that I chose Willow Creek Apartments to live at. I would highly recommend it to my friends and people that are looking for a place to live. Willow Creek Apartments is an awesome, professional, and a family oriented place to live. Thank you very much to Ms. Bobby and her staff for making Willow Creek apartments a place to hang my hat and relax. I would definitely and without hesitation give them 5 stars.

I literally have seen two big Roaches in my apartment but not only in my apartment but in my KITCHEN WHICH Is so disgusting to me, I can not stand any kind of bugs because of all the germs and bacteria plus the diseases they carry on them Especially for them to be in my kitchen is so disgusting that I can’t even sleep at night and I’ve been wondering why I’ve been waking up to bite marks all over my body my legs, arm and my back ! I thought this place was cleaned up nicely but clearly I thought wrong and do plan to do something about it so upset because these are very nice apartments with very nice people but that is just disgusting and so disturbing!

If I could give Willow creek apartments more than 5 stars I would. From the very first day we moved in Mrs. Bobby has made us feel at home, my youngest loves her to death. They keep the whole complex clean and organized, if you have a maintenance problem they work quickly to have the said issue resolved. Mrs. Jennifer is extremely friendly and she has a bubbly personality. I am sad that we will be moving within a year but I plan on dropping by from time to time to see these two gorgeous ladies. Willow creek is lucky to have them and if you give them a chance you wont be disappointed.

This was our first time having a place of our own and it was absolutely wonderful! The staff makes you feel like you are family and you are home. Bobby is amazing and I highly recommend renting here. My husband and I will definitely miss living here.

Are you looking for a new place to call home?! Well look no further, you've found It! Family oriented with pool, and park for children, not to mention a duck pond! Everyone here is very cordial, and laundry facilities on site for your convenience. The management and staff are outstanding, and keep the complex clean and up to date. So don't hesitate, come and join the rest of us tenants and hang your hat in one of these cozy apartments!!

I was needing a new place to live. Bobbie and Lesley were extremely helpful. The whole process of renting was made super easy. Any question I had, they answered with an eagerness and kindness of a professional. I really appreciate the time they took to make me feel welcome at Willow Creek. Willow creek is outstanding place and I love living here. Ms. Bobbie is like a mother to me helping me out with any situation or problem I have, this is the first apartment I've lived in that make me feel like they truly care.

The worst place to live. Maintenance is horrible. Something was always wrong and the bill that is given when you move out looks fake

I love living here at Willow Creek. The office staff has always been polite and welcoming and the maintenance crew have always been polite and professional in their duties. I've yet to have a problem that both the office staff or maintenance crew could not fix, it's close to 190 so it's easy to get too and from work and it's never too noisy so it's perfect when I want to relax. My apartment looked great moving in, clean carpets and shiny faucets. I can definitely tell this staff realy takes care of their residents. Plus there is a pool and the grounds are well kept so what's not to love.

Office manager Bobbie treats us like family, maintenance requests are completed extremely quickly as well. The people who work here all care about your quality of life not just your rent money. I have never lived anywhere where the staff cares so much about the residents. And to top it all off yhe pool and the grounds are always clean. Come to Willow Creek!

I'm up for renewing my lease, but when I saw Bobby in the Office I changed my mind. I gave my 30 day notice. She is the worst manager ever... A couple of years ago she worked for this property as a manager but she got fired. She was yelling and swearing at the maintenance guy's and at the office staff. I know for sure, because one time I was in the office when this happen. I was so shocked. I don't understand how she became manager again over here. Did the new management company done some research on her? First of all what I want to know is why did she got fired from Willow Creek before? Did they checked her old employer's? Property owner's know her in this area and business. Where is Tina, Richard and Don??? The old management company did the resurfacing from the pool and all the new roofs, and it is wood-grain vinyl for the floors not hardwood... Never ever move here.

I just moved into my new apartment and it has everything! A pool, cheap laundry mat, a play ground for my son, and even a little dog park with a pond and ducks! My son loves the "duckies" lol. But she apartment has hardwood floors and carpeted rooms. Even a slidding glass door with a patio! I really like it here and the new management is really gettong the place together.fixing roofs, managing the lawns and just remodled the pool.

After searching for a while, my wife and I took a chance on willow creek apartments, and am so glad we did. The apartment/tow house completely is surrounded by a fence which gives you the feeling of isolation, although it is not a gated community. The surrounding neighborhood looks a little rough, but crime is not high in the area. The staff headed by Tina, the leasing manager is phenomenal. They are always available, and they make sure matienance fixes are quick. Its a friendly community with not many children, but great for pets. After hearing horror stories of friends whi lives in other complexes, so glad my wife and I chose to live here.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! We never even received a water bill until our six month lease was up! My husband was given no instructions on how to pay it so he called the water department and he paid $80, a month later one of the office workers ( who have been nothing but snobby, completely rude, and disrespectful) told us we were being evicted. She told me my husband was a liar and didn't pay the bill. We were then told that we needed to pay almost $500 in late fees. We had always paid our rent and our electric on time we were never given a water bill until that six months. We thought that since we didn't get one for six months that you only paid water every six months. So with the $80 we paid to the water company on top of their fees we are out of pocket almost $600!!!!! The office workers said they were trying to contact us but they never called our phone numbers then had an excuse that they had the wrong one. I just had simple questions like where were all the monthly bills if we were supposed to pay them and I was told that they didn't have paper copies anymore... They said they sent emails to my husband and he never received them. We also never one time received anything in our mail box on paper that said we owed this much rent or this much water. Only once after six months and when we were threatened to be evicted. We were told that they distribute water bills and it would be in our mailbox and then yesterday they said we should have picked it up from the office. Well my friends that lived here and got their rent in paper bill form and their water tacked on. We NEVER did. I don't enjoy speaking ill of others but this is the worst I have ever been treated by people who are supposed to be professionals. We were told that they put a notice on our door but I am a stay at home mom and never saw one. I asked when they put it there and one woman told me she didn't know. When I told her we were on vacation for a couple of weeks she looked down at the floor then said that was when she put it there....very convenient. I paid the bill but I am very upset about this if I pay rent and my electric why wouldn't I pay water? The two workers kept smiling at each other then speaking to me like I was complete dirt in the most condescending tone. I was so upset I cried. Please do not live here. Management and policies need to change because billing should be consistent with every resident, you should not get to pick and choose who you deliver a bill to and who you purposely try to sabotage. Please do not live here! I have a five month old baby to provide for or I would have fought harder against that bill. Lots of roaches too. I've sprayed over six times, put baits down, and even had Terminex spray and put baits down. They are everywhere!
