Horrible Management

Management is very unprofessional and rude. When you call the office regarding a problem they make it seem as though you as the paying resident is bothering them instead of solving the issue with no attitude. Also while speaking with a couple of my neighboring residents we have noticed multiple issues regarding the air conditioning unit in the home. The unit turns to the heat setting by it’s self often causing a large cloud of smoke to fill the house and when you tell management they state that we the residents turned on our heat when we didn’t. This is super dangerous because I have my children in my home with me and what if this happens when they are home alone. I will definitely be moving out once my lease is up.

The management team is great! Keeps the community very well keep. Management and maintenance are to be commended .

Review

Willow lakes is the best place I have ever lived in. It is safe. The working staff is very professional. The management is great and always avaliable to help. They conduct monthly inspections to check that all equipments are working and all safety measurements are in place. It has a great family welcome enviroment. The prices are affordable. The units are new and with great view to a lake. Mail service works great. They sorrounding are kept clean. It has convinients services like gym, pool, and lundry area. It is a wounderful community.

Top Class

I do have to get it to management team by keeping up with the property, and the residents. I don't know about any one else but when ever I have a problem they are on top of it. the place is very quite and peaceful with or with out the office being open. the manager is always on top of everything and it may be a bother to other people but it shows me that I can feel safe where I call home. if they do not know they will find out and handle the situation accordingly. I see why they have no apartments empty. the Miami gardens police is always driving around as well making sure everything is smooth. I don't know what they doing but its sure is something good!!!

Horrible management

The apartments are nice but management (THE WHOLE STAFF)definitely needs to improve... The leasing person is very unprofessional! They hardly ever answer the phone. There is an inspection every month, and maintenance doesn't give you a chance to open your door before they walk in.. there is ALWAYS someone moving out and I see why..

Concerned too

The units are ok, that's about it. Management on the other hand, runs the place like a prison. There's always some kind of inspection going on, to the point it's ridiculous. If your looking for privacy, and a place that you can really call home, this may not be for you.

Concerned

The receptionist needs to smile, and make people feel welcomed. She has such a cold disposition. It was horrible !!!! When you have people walk in smile !!!! Allow them to feel welcome. When I mentioned it to her, she turned her back,l and did not change my mind about how I was feeling ..... Ughhhhh

Manager is world class

Vanessa runs the property as if it was her own home. very prompt to resolve issue and fosters family environment. Love this place
