Del City is a dynamic city less than 10 miles east of Oklahoma City that borders the Tinker Air Force Base to the southeast. The city is a mix of suburban and industrial areas with building supply companies and manufacturers like OCM Sand Plant and Owens Corning Trumbull Asphalt situated in the northern section of town. The rest of Del City is made up of suburban areas with schools, parks, shops, and restaurants along 15th and 29th Streets. Commuters appreciate Interstate 40 running through town, as it connects the city to Oklahoma City and other neighborhoods.

Property Ratings at Willow Park Apartments
Lived here almost a year before I finally left I had no running hot water for 3 weeks due to a “gas leak” had to vacate. Not even mentioning the infestation lack of upgraded appliances and unreasonable communication between management during my stay before that.
I recommend willow park to anyone who wants to live comfortably and easily. They have a pool, 24/7 gym and laundry site, convenient shopping for food and stores, Staff is very friendly and are helpful in answering any questions we have.
Lived here a few years now and I have nothing but great things to say about the maintenance staff and the office management staff . Noise is kept to a minimum , grounds are well maintained and for the most part clean . Again for the most part the majority of the residents ARE respectful of their neighbors but you're ALWAYS going to have those few who just seem to ruin it for the rest . Very little crime per say . As long as you keep your vehicle locked , your stuff will be safe . Management AND maintenance address all the problems as quick as they can . Just keep in mind a little Patience goes a long way and remember you are NOT the only renter . Right now I see NO reason to move or leave , so here I will stay .
I have lived in WillowPark four months and love it! It’s quiet, conveniently located to everything you could want in west Lawton. Affordable and cozy. I love my neighbors. Great location and friendly staff!
Roaches, mice, trash, cops always in and out of here, loud neighbors, kids that tear up everything, only 2 maintenance guys, and management is impossible to deal with!
While a tenant, the owners and management companies couldn’t be bothered to ensure that their units were properly maintained. Then wanted to raise rent a substantial amount “if we wanted anything else”. After leaving the apartment in “immaculate“ (Office staff words, not mine) condition I was promised my full deposit within 30 days. I’ve called and left a voicemail every business day past then, with NO returned phone calls. I even took off work to go to the office in person during their normal business hours and they were closed.
Horrible place to live, don’t fix things and it’s rat and bug infested
Lived there for about four months and a big fat nope... We had taken over a lease, and in that four month span we had our water heater bust... All they did was shop-vac the water, and never tried to fix it, so it caused mold from the kitchen where the water heater was all the way to the bedroom... The dishwasher was broken when we moved in as well.. So NOPE. The price is decent for what you pay for...
