Property Ratings at Willow Pointe Apartments
Discusting. Trash everywhere. Fly and mouse problem so beware! Plumbing issues having to do with the toilet and hot water. Most days the waters only luke warm. Will charge you an amenity fee even though there pool hasnt been open in years. Dont even waste your time doing laundry here. They hold 15 dollars per of your money per load! Over all discusting. Cannot wait until my lease is up
I have been here approximately 20 years. It has always been a quiet place and hardly not incidents at all. Recently it has experienced new owners who seem to be dedicated on improving things. Maybe when they are finished their improvements I can give them an excellent rating. I would encourage anyone looking for a reasonable apartment located in Burlington County to consider Willow Pointe.
Rent is expensive and there are mice & bugs issues ... every 5 seconds they are sending emails saying that the water is off , Everytime I have an issue with something i call in front desk and they have attitudes can’t wait until lease is up
This new management company has been great! They address the problems in a timely manner. Staff is wonderful and maintenance is trustworthy. I am very pleased with my stay here!
Roaches and mice!!!!! They do the apartments over pretty nice but you have to deal with bugs! Roaches especially and then you will find mice droppings all over the place! If you like clean then this isn’t the place for you! They come to exterminate every week, which should say a lot! Then the complex is very noisy Not worth the headache
I’ve been living here for two years and I have non stop bug problems. Roaches everywhere in my house. I also have MICE too because there are holes in my walls somewhere but they don’t bother to fix. All they do is set peanut butter traps and stuff the holes with Brillo pads. The interior of my apartment is unpainted and they rushed to move me in. Holes in each of my window screens. Don’t move here they are very INFESTED, Rodents live heavy here!!!!!
thanks to the management at willow point apt. my two year stay there was a blessing. for my family they were good to us. the property is properly maintained. close to shopping and public transportation . the exterminator is excellent . I had no problems after he ( Victor) came to my unit. he made a great difference . the swimming pool is a wonderful bonus to the residence . all at an affordable cost. I recommend this apt. complex. thank you to the people of willow point and PRC.
I have lived here for two years, and at first I was skeptic, but once you live here you enjoy it. The apartments are close to everything, and my job is around the corner. Also, the rent is affordable, and my apartment is pretty quiet. Anytime I have had something wrong, the apartment manager has sent someone right out. I will say some people keep their doors looking crazy, but that is about it. I do like having my own private parking space, and private entry. The pool is also nice in the summer time, no other concerns.
Unless you want pet mice DO NOT MOVE HERE. The heating system is old and mice find their way through the holes that the pipes run through. The air conditioning units aren’t installed properly so bugs fly right through them. I can’t even count how many stink bugs I’ve had to kill. Exterminators are scheduled for Wednesday’s but when you call, they don’t answer and maintenance isn’t any better
They are old suckest apartments. I just wana to say that dont do lease with these guys.
Complex is dirty. Never see any maintenance men. Gettho. Walls are paper thin. You can hear all the neighbors movements in the entire building.
Lived here now for 26 Years, It,s been Great living here. Would let People know if there thinking about living in an apartment. Close to to different stores, Bus comes in front of Apartments. Staff are plesent.Grounds are kept mowed and maintained. They keep on repairs, and replacements if needed.
I found this apartment complex to be very people/family oriented and in a great location to almost everything one would need. The grounds/landscape (as well as the buildings/apartments) are well kept and maintained. The staff members are a joy to talk to and are very helpful and knowledgable concerning the layout of the property. I would highly recommend you to my friends.
