The Delta Township is a tight-knit community only 10 minutes west of the heart of Lansing. The town is split by Interstate 69 and the western section is made up of lush natural areas while the eastern section consists of residential areas and commercial developments. Renters will find affordable apartments, townhomes, and houses available for rent.
Events bring the community together and take place throughout the year. Families and individuals enjoy peaceful parks along the Grand River, located along the northern border of town, and residents head to West Saginaw Highway (Highway 43) for a plethora of shopping and dining choices at places like Lansing Mall and the Marketplace at Delta Township. While this amenity-laden town has a lot to offer within, residents can easily travel outside of town to visit other parks and trails along with popular places like Capital Region International Airport and Downtown Lansing.

Property Ratings at Willow Ponds Townhomes
I moved to Willow Ponds in 2014 and I see no reason to leave anytime soon. The staff is responsive and efficient, my unit is pretty soundproof which is important to me, and the grounds are well kept and clean. Living near Horrocks is terrific and I rarely get groceries anywhere else. I like the fact that my neighbors are nice and quiet and I have had a few since moving in. I am trying to think of any issues that I've had since moving and I really can't think of any. The drive was in need of repair a few years ago but that has been taken care of. Sometimes visitors park in my parking spot...but that is pretty much anywhere with multi-family housing. I like the peaceful atmosphere and the close proximity to trails and streams. Great area of Lansing with easy access to 96. I don't have kids so I can't comment on the schools but I have heard they are great. All in all, one of the best places I have stayed in Lansing.
I've been in Willow Ponds for a year now and I absolutely love it here. I live in a 3 bedroom and it's very spacious and comfortable. The property is very well taken care of, quiet, and pet friendly. The staff is very attentive to anything I need and follows up promptly. I highly recommend living here!
I love the atmosphere here. Pam in the office is incredibly helpful with anything! Any requests we have had, have been taken care of immediately! Highly recommend!!!
I moved to Willow Ponds in the fall of 2016 and was thrilled to find a more updated townhome community. My previous townhome was 3 stories, so it's a luxury to have the laundry on the first floor and no dingy basement to deal with. I opted for a garage so this fits all my needs. I've always had wonderful interaction with the management team and they are always professional and accommodating. They stay on top of violations of the rules, so that we can all enjoy the nice surroundings. And, the locations is perfect with many great conveniences so close by, like Horrocks and the Marketplace Shopping Center. If there were 10 stars, Willow Ponds would get them from me!!
Lived here for almost one year & love it. Love all the different people. The quietness. Reasonable pay. Washer & dryer that are included is awesome. Neighbors are wonderful! Highly recommend living here!
I have lived at Willow Ponds for nearly 2 years. Communication throughout the rental process was great. I moved into an upgraded 3 bedroom and it was nicely appointed. New appliances, cupboards with new doors, new flooring and counter tops. Maintenance (when needed) was completed quickly. Less expensive than the previous apartment I had in Grand Ledge, but much higher quality. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.
I love my willow pond townhome. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. If there is any issues with anything, they take care of it as soon as they can. Love the scenery of the pond. Neighbors are great. I would highly recommend living here.
Pretty unfair rental requirements. Application seems to rely only on credit history and if your credit is anything less than perfect you will most likely be denied. It would be nice if they considered things like employment history, income, rental history etc...
Apartment is out dated and tired looking. Old appliances. No privacy from neighbors. I have two special needs boys and the scrutiny is very intense. No place for them to hang out, no pool, no game room
