Excellent location to everything. Dog park is inviting for fur babies' parents. Package Concierge system excellent. Apartments have lots of storage. Washer/Dryer Included. Valet Service is excellent. Next day maintenace on work orders. Friendly office staff . Beautifully kept grounds. Best deal in Charlotte and it's my 3rd time living here since 2011.

I really enjoyed talking with Sabra and she worked efficiently to make sure we could move in smoothly. She toured three apartments with us and was kind every step of the way. She checked in with us after multiple times. She deserves a raise for how amazing she is at her job. She is definitely the reason we chose this apartment. That and the black countertops are to die for, have always hated white countertops they make everything gross pop out at you.

I enjoy living in the Willow Ridge community. It has been 4 years since I moved here and I have nothing but great experience. I am starting to see cracks coming through walls in different part of my apartment-I want to move in a different but I don't want to pay $500 just to move in the same community. I might move after my lease next year but it's been a good experience so far!

Willow ridge is a good place if you have patience with the maintenance services. The staff is good and attentive but there are limitations. The lack of parking spots is an issues that remains unresolved. The management claims to have 4 pools but it's rare when you can find 2 opened.

We have put in multiple request regard multiple leaks, outlets not working (one outlet specifically was broken by a contractor hired by the property team as well as multiple other infractions by the same contractor) we have also put in request for pest control who has never showed up.
