Property Ratings at Willow Run
Do not rent here, if you have a burglary, the Property Office feels that it is not their responsibility to keep residents safe even though you pay rent, and those are exact words from the District Property Manager, Pamela who was on-site. They claim to have a Security patrol, which is a false statement, considering that you will only see him once a month. They take forever on maintenance repairs. You're better off looking somewhere else, especially if you value your peace of mind in your home, or your vehicle.
