The apartments just needs to be updated internally and externally. Plumbing is bad. The kitchen is outdated and can use some updating. Overall my experience has been great, besides the updating.

I love the apartment complex it is very well taken care of and also very quiet. I would definitely living here. Their is also have a dog park and a gym that i get to enjoy at any time.

We’ve been at this complex since 2011 neighbors are friendly. It is quiet and peaceful. Staff is helpful and friendly as well. I also love that there are lockers for your items that are being shipped to you to be placed in.

everything is overall okay just the fact that the people living above us have been extremely disrespectful when trying to address the amount of noise theyve been making they came to our door and started yelling at me and my boyfriend in our house telling me i need to check myself? weve been nothing but calm and courteous with them considering how ignorant theyve been and we get smacked in the face for nothing

Willow Springs made my experience so smooth! Office Manager Lucy was great and the look and lease option is the way to go. I want to know exactly what I'm getting into before I sign and my apartment is gorgeous! It has all the amenities I wanted and then some and the price is reasonable and within my budget. It's okay to live here, the rent is a little ridiculous for what you are getting but it's better than some places I have reviewed. The layout is very small and maintenance is horrible. Poop everywhere with no one picking it up and just a lot of issues with the building and the office staff. All the extra charges you have to pay for even if you don't use them you will still have to pay no matter what. W

Llego 3 años viviendo aquí y hasta ahora todo bien, es un lugar seguro para vivir, lo único malo es que pagas por un servicio de recolección de basura y este no hace bien su trabajo, he tenido que poner múltiples reclamos porque no se llevan mi basura, y entonces me toca a mi salir por la mañana a tirarla hasta el contenedor, esto es algo muy frustrarte y hasta ahora no he tenido solución ante esta situación.

I love this complex, the only downside is the gates are constantly broken/stuck open. Kinda defeats the point of the gate. Aside from that the office staff is amazing and so kind!

It is quiet and peaceful and the parking is nice, I hope it stays peaceful and that’s all for now hope everyone enjoys there day because it took me almost a month and 2k in to move in so enjoy’ happy holidays

The community is very nice and quiet. Absolutely love the screened in patio for my dogs and wife To sit in to avoid mosquitos. Parking is available at all times of the night even when you have a late night out.

First ever apartment I have ever gotten and feel I made a good choice for this location and safety so far. Very convenient amenities as well and love the patio addition and dog park spot so my dog can go leashless for a bit.

The apartment is nice, except that the kitchen design is very small, it doesn't have a microwave and food storage, as a recommendation it would be good to incorporate them. In addition to the pests that I am still fighting with that. Otherwise the community is quiet and clean. Despite everything I recommend it because they have solved all my problems.

Its a good apartment complex , lived there for 10 years. Just pest problem. Good environment, didn't feel unsafe while living there. Good parking and location!

It’s a quiet place it’s some nosey neighbors maintenance comes right away and fixes things. Comes with a washer and dryer. Nice pool area. Gated community. Only thing I don’t like is when I put on my service request for maintenance to call me to set an appointment they don’t call. They just come to my house and come go in my house. And I don’t like that they go in my house when I’m not there. When I requested for them to call me and set an appointment.

I absolutely love it here staff and residents are very nice and it's clean and safe. I don't even have to worry about my packages being taken because they always put them in the lockers and that is always safe and secure and easy to use.
