Hoping to move in!
The management at this place is incredible and very kind. The place always looks nice and the criminal element that I had to deal with before, at my old apartment, is non existent here. It's safe here. Plus, you have a management team that actually cares and the extra amenities are awesome! I'd recommend this complex to anyone!

Horrible and Dishonest Management.
Horrible and Dishonest Management. I lived there for several years. When you decide to move out is when you find out who they really are; they will charge you for everything that they can and what they did to me was fabricate charges if they can’t find anything legitimate. When I moved out, they committed fraud by filing a false debt on my credit report that I didn't discover until years later when I applied for a car loan. Protect your credit score and do NOT waste your money applying at Willow Wood Apartments. There are far better places to live in Sioux Falls who have honest management.

Great place to live!!
I lived at Willow Wood for four years and its been a great place to live. Ive lived in other places and they dont fix any thing and Willow Wood all fixs things in a timely manner. The people in the front office are Great. Chad

Feels Like Home!
I've resided at Willow Wood Apartments for quite some time now. I've found the rolling greens of the courtyard to be beautiful and well maintained. The space and layout of my apartment home unit is plentiful and well thought out. Top notch maintenance and on-site management with high quality standards are what will keep me here for years to come. I'm lucky to have a place like Willow Wood to call home!

Willow wood apartments
They are very nice apartments but to have someone come and fix something it's like pulling teeth. I've asked multiple times for them to come fix my lights in my kitchenand 6 months later I still have no lights.

The minute I walked in I was at home. It doesn't feel like an apartment. It's warm and cozzy. I love it.
