We have lived here over 8 years, and are very happy! The office staff is great, and the maintenance staff is almost always available quickly. A big shout-out to Todd, who is incredibly helpful and kind! The location is so convenient, and the apartment is a perfect size for us. We truly enjoy living here.

When we moved four years ago, this was a fantastic complex. The office and maintenance staff were kind, gracious, and delightful. The new office and maintenance staff are rude, unaccommodating, unresponsive, and passive-aggressive. It’s a nightmare living here now. This complex will skate by on the past good reviews for a few more years, but they will not survive if they keep up with the antics. Units and property are falling into disrepair. It is incredibly disappointing, this use to be a haven for those who enjoyed townhome life.

When I moved in 5 years ago this place was extremely pleasant and well managed but management changed in the past few months and now we receive far less service for more money. Passive aggressive and hateful attitudes towards current residents and the new management has stated to me its all about the next resident not you.

This apartment complex is amazing. The layout is great, the location of the apartment is nice and quite, plus it’s near a grocery store and a bunch of restaurants to choose from. They are great at communication if there is construction or if any thing will temporarily be turned off. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Willow Bend offers a blend of peace and calmness in which I would describe as a hidden gem here in Town and Country. The neighbors are really kind and welcoming. Plus, there are a lot of shopping districts nearby and the commute times are not lengthy at all. Furthermore, both the management and maintenance teams here at Willow Bend are first class! They do a phenomenal job of assisting and responding to any questions and concerns you have. Along with that they put together cool parties for everyone in the community. I would like to give a special thanks to Alexis from management. She truly was instrumental in assisting my family’s relocation process from New York to Missouri. I cannot thank her and the rest of the team enough for everything they have done. I am happy that I moved here!

Willowbend is a safe and welcoming community. We have had a pleasant experience with the friendly management team. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient when it comes to any request. WillowBend Apartments is a great community. Close to grocery stores, shopping and Logan University. Neighbours are friendly and welcoming. It’s a safe and quiet community. Our apartment layout we love. The apartment was clean prior to moving in. Management has been great to work with and very helpful. Maintenance staff address problems quickly and efficiently. The grounds keeping is clean and tidy.

I have been here for about a year and a half now. I have nothing but great experiences in this community. It’s secluded, quiet, and well maintained. The leasing office staff is full of some of the nicest people I have ever met. They get things done. They always available for questions and get their maintenance staff out to fix your problems immediately. I rarely have had to wait even 24 hours to get things fixed. I have seen some reviews that complain about the older style apartments. Here’s the deal: A lot of people have lived here for a long time! My neighbor who moved out a few months ago, was living here for almost 20 years. So there was no time to renovate, as you aren’t going to fully renovate while someone lives in an apartment. But the day after he fully moved out, they started overhauling that apartment. New appliances, new floors, new windows, new counter tops, new everything. This complex is full speed ahead on renovating any remaining apartments that have not had any changes made in some time. I’m just saying this from having observed it over my year and half. I live in a fully renovated apartment and it is well worth the cost of rent. Barring me suddenly finding a house, I am here for the long haul. I love it. And I can’t wait to see what’s next.
All the pictures are of some renovated blocks. When you’re moving in where ever you are don’t sign the lease without physically checking the apartments as some are stinky and smelling and they are very old apartments with high rent. Don’t simply get fooled by the pictures the management will try to get you hooked up with some apartment that is awful so beware and think wisely. I personally don’t recommend these.
I am getting ready to start my second year at WIllow Bend Park .. I am extremely happy with the management staff and maintenance staff. . Anytime I have an issue Terrie is always available and very kind where . Normally maintenance Is quick to respond . The complex is a nice woodsy area . The landscaping is just beautiful flowers everywhere the park has a tennis.court. I am getting ready to enjoy the hot tub and swimming pool again this summer . The maintenance staff keeps both immaculately clean every day . I love it here I have no intention of leaving WIllow Bend Park .
Living here was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at an apartment. Twice we had pipes burst and flood our apartment ruining it. Spiders everywhere and still they refused to get the buildings professionally bombed. They say there are "dog friendly" but that's a crock. There's no dog park and they expect you to pay for an entire re-carpet of the apartment - regardless of the little amount of damages. All these people want is money and don't care about how they treat you. Completely horrible.
Great in door/out door shopping/strips/malls available within a mile! Love the bay windows/fireplaces. You have the option of getting granite counters and faux wood floors...hey anything is better than the apt carpet! I think these are the best looking apts around and I like the floor plans better. The pool is private and the fitness room is updated with modern equipment. No garage or storage though.
