Property Ratings at Willowbrooke Luxury Townhouses
We called to obtain information about this complex in October of 2019 and we were assured a unit would be available for our move in May of 2020. We offered to pay the deposit and first months rent in cash up front and they insisted that was not necessary. We applied and were accepted in January and were once again assured there would be a unit available. I called again in February and got the same story that we would absolutely have a unit available. Ultimately it came within 45 days of our move date and no one ever contacted us. I had a hunch something was wrong so I contacted this complex and the owners son said something to the effect of “oh we forgot to call we have nothing for you and you were actually only number six on a long waitlist.” I felt that this was very dishonest as we were assured for over six months we would have a unit and no waitlist was ever mentioned to us during our multiple calls. We also were informed that this complex changed their policy to “No Pets” without any notification thus disqualifying us by default. We planned our entire move around their assurances and were all of the sudden backed into a corner and tasked with finding a replacement in 45 days during peak moving season. This company seriously needs to hire a professional property management firm to manage their tenant relations. It was absolutely impossible to get a hold of them to the point where we had to have someone physically go to their office just to get a response from the owners son. I would not recommend this company but unfortunately if you are in the market this is the nicest complex in the area.
