When we first moved in over a year ago things were great, but with new management things quickly declined. We have had massive break ins, water leaks that caused our ceiling to cave in and took them over a month to fix (this has happen to so many other residents too), the gates are constantly broken and NOW our pool is closed with no date to reopen (management says it is because they are awaiting the city of Atlanta to do a health code check, but it has been weeks and they have no sense of urgency to follow up with the city, or offer alternative options such as covering the pool to prevent people from swimming, but still allowing access to the overall area). DO NOT MOVE HERE. Management is beyond apathetic. All the positive reviews you see are from people who have toured, not residents.

I do love Willowest for location and layout, could be a great place with staff that believes in the future and empowers the residents.
Maintenance is awful, water bill is super high with no explanation being given by community. Please don't move here.

The price doesn’t fit the experience. There is no sense of urgency when it comes to management. There is not a sense of community as advertised. The laundromat on site doesn’t work. The idea of the package room is good. Maybe they should try a different company because I had a package stuck in a locker for 2 months.

I've been here for over a month now, and I really love the area. It's conveniently surrounded by alot of places I can easily walk to. The community is quiet for the most part and the residents respect each others space. There are alot of ammenites and outdooe green spaces here as well, and I can't wait to use them more once the weather is warmers.

A community in a great area! Everything you could need is a walk away if you weren’t set up with transportation, which is definitely a plus! The amenities are upkept nicely and the leasing staff is proactive and delightful to work with. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Willowest has been good! The application process was challenging as the leasing office is not responsive. The exterior of the property is outdated but the updated units are modern on the inside. It is a fairly quiet complex with a great location.

I have been trying to get ANYONE from the office to look at an active leak in my unit, I’ve been on vacation and came back to black mold and a leak that is still going. This is the 2nd water related issue in my unit. New management has been terrible and there is a stark difference in the level of care for the property, maintenance and overall communication. I love my unit, but I’d advise against living here if you run into any issues that would require the current management team to take action - maintenance issues, AC in the summer, heat in the winter, water leaks, mold, trash compactor, package management, cameras that don’t actually record, stolen vehicles, just a few things already echoed in the event posts. I can confirm no one is lying - IT IS THIS BAD. I’m on Day 3, of trying to contact the emergency line, the main offices and even corporate.

I used to love living here. It has become awful. Staff turnover rate is high. Service takes weeks/months even, if at all. Staff makes excuses or flat out lies in your face. You will not be valued here no matter how many thousands you pay in rent.

This community has surpassed my expectations, Starting from the Tennis Court, Pool, Gym, & Floor plans they had available, it was hard to chose i liked them all. The staff are very friendly and actually show concern when any issue arrises. The neighborhood is very peaceful, clean & in a very convenient location with easy access to Highway. My experience here has been amazing i have no complaints or regrets on moving here. 1000/10 recommended!

I just recommend that anyone trying to move here should either insist on see the specific unit they are renting or question absolutely everything to try to get a sense of the condition. Just know, the units do not look anything like the model unit.

This complex was good, but has become horrible since being purchased and managed by Waterton. My AC went out on July 3rd and was not repaired until July 9th. My apartment got up to 88F. No one could give me updates on the issue. I called and was told it was fixed, but it wasn't. The leasing office would ignore my calls and only answer when I called from a different phone number. They are trying to credit me the absolute minimum for the time the unit was not habitable. I woke up early on July 30th sweating as my AC went out again and has yet to be fixed with no updates given to me. Without my consent they signed me up and charged me for renters insurance and have yet to credit my account. I have had my own renter's insurance the entire time and had followed all instructions from them to prevent this erroneous charge. The shared community utility charges are ridiculous. My 1 bedroom was charged $87 for water/sewer for June. Don't forget the additional $19.50 for service fee and community electricity. The location is good. Other than that, stay away.

Great location to live in, ok rent prices when compared to market rates, but be prepared for ongoing battles to getting anything done when working with staff members.

There’s no one on one communication between the staff and residents. Ever since the management changed, it was like the new staff did not care about individual needs. When we ask for any sort of assistance, it goes unnoticed

The Community is located in a very nice neighborhood and surrounding. In my almost 6 years of stay have not had any major issues or discrepancies. The Property management is very supportive and have nice staff in all.

I leased online, linked up with Zach, the property manager to get my welcome letter, paid the move-in fees/ rent and I was literally moved-in over the short period of 48 hours! The gym and other amenities are updated and kept clean too!

Ever since I moved here, I can truly say the good outweighs the bad. The location is great! The rent is pretty standard, given the area. Decent neighborhood with friendly neighbors and staff. I have referred quite a few people I know already. The maintenance staff could respond a little quicker so that smaller issues don’t become larger ones. Very nice amenities!

The Point would be a great place to live if it weren’t for the lack of communication and care by the leasing office - the apartments are modern, comfortable, and stylish, but they are also way overpriced and filled with led paint. Of the issues we have had living here, only a few were ever concerned. For the few that were concerned, we were never contacted by phone or email to inform us of they being fixed. Expect the leasing office to be uncommunicative and unwilling to help. On the other hand, the maintenance staff is amazing. There are a few older employees that go above and beyond to talk with you and fix every concern you have 24/7. The dog park is disgusting but the rest of the community is peaceful and beautifully decorated. The fitness center is great and the pool is often busy but a fun place to hang. We mostly loved our time at The Point, but had to leave due to poor office management and the insane increase in apartment cost. They will gouge you for every penny. Do not expect them to care about any of your concerns after the first month or so. Otherwise it is a beautiful and safe apartment community.
I must say that Jeremy is an outstanding leasing agent...hands down! He has the best customer service skills ever! I appreciate his smile, his willingness to assist me, and especially his winning personality. He is consistent in following through on tasks and extremely kind every time I visit the leasing office. Thank you Jeremy for having such a beautiful spirit!
Fantastic apartment community with friendly staff, prompt maintenance and fun amenities. I rarely visit the leasing office, but when I do I'm always greeted quickly by the friendly staff. When I do have a maintenance request (not often), it's responded to within 24 hours or less. I love the amenities - fitness center with Peloton bikes, ping pong tables, table shuffleboard, bocce court, resort style pool, and the car wash. The location is fantastic as it's right next to 75, some great fast restaurants, and a section of the beltline trail.
I have lived at The PaCH for almost three years now, and currently have a lease resigned to be here at least four years total. I have been here through the property change and the management change. Overall, the location is fantastic, the amenities are great, and although it is not the newest apartment complex in the area, it's still my first choice. The newest management team has had to update and deal with a lot and I think they've done a great job.
I have lived here since October 2017 and I really enjoy this apartment complex. There are great amenities such as a beautiful pool and the Luxor package system. I really love living off of 75 and being so close to Publix, Walmart, and great restaurants.
My Fiance and I just signed a lease here for 2019. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Thank you for making the process so easy!!
It's about to be 1 month since we moved into The Pointe and I am counting days until we move out. The biggest issue I have with this apartment complex is how unkept and unclean our building is. It looks abandoned. I have yet to see housekeeping actually cleaning the halls. The floors and stairs are dusty with lots of dirty spots. After it rains, the water pools in the hallway for weeks causing mosquitos and flies (see the photos). Our apartment was extremely dirty when we moved in and we were promised to get it cleaned by the cleaners. However, the cleaners came and "cleaned" but we had dust all over the fans, the kitchen cabinets, our bathroom. My husband and I had to pay out of pocket to get our own cleaners. The second issue with the place is the mail room. It is complete chaos! They do not deliver anything at your doorstep which is very inconvenient. So if you order a heavy object, it will be left in the mail room. You have to figure out a way to carry it by hand, up the stairs to your place. They have no cart you can borrow. In addition, we have already lost a package. Your package is just left with many other packages in the box or just left inside the room. Why can't the package be deliver at your doorstep like everywhere else?! Since we have moved in, the toilet from the apartment above us has leaked into our bathroom twice. We hear the neighbors above us all day long. It seems as though management's number one priority is to get new tenants into the units and they are completely failing at working on the issues to improve the place. This 20 million dollar reconstruction is a facade, do not be fooled.
This property is disgusting! I have date stamped photos of overflowing trash on many occasions. There is only one trash compactor for the entire property and no removal during the weekend so most weekends the trash is overflowing onto the street. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! For the money I pay every month, I feel like this makes the place looks like a condemned lot. Management supposedly has spent millions updating the property. Just a suggestion, maybe spend a little less on your swanky new office and unnecessary bocce ball court and get adequate trash service!! I only gave this place 2 stars because of the awesome location. But now that there are brand new apartments nearby why would I want to live in this dump...literally. I am embarrassed to have guests come visit me because of this trash eye soar. I hope our neighbors call the city because surely they can smell the horrendous trash smell as it makes the whole area stink as the trash bakes in the sun. In addition, the management and maintenance requests are never followed up on the first request. EVERY maintenance request requires me to follow up 2 - 3 times or just never gets done. Our apartment is remodeled but very quickly realized many corners were cut during the remodel. Our bedroom windows have been leaking for the past year. A contractor tried to fix it but didn't. Now the paint and drywall around the windows is peeling off and there is mold. Lastly, I reported to management that 2 cars that have been dumped in our parking lot and haven't been moved in over 2 months. This has never been addressed by management. Just sad! I can't wait until my lease is up.
Not worth living here. The management is meh and crime in the area is through the roof. Cars and apartments are broken into regularly and nothing is done to prevent them. The front gate will open without a key allowing easy access into the community. There is a lack of cameras and the on duty officer is nowhere to be seen. A canned email will be sent out alerting residents of recent crimes, but nothing will change. The back gates are constantly broken forcing you to enter through the front gate which is a pain due to traffic. Two new apartments have been built adjacent to The Pointe and have increased the amount of traffic around the area. Unless you work close by, this complex is in a terrible location. There are plenty of better and cheaper options nearby.

Upon walking the property before moving in everything looked OK. However, as our lease went on problems continued to pile up. Initially we had running toilets and small issues we thought were taken care of. Property management took so long to fix the toilets we experienced higher water bills for 2 months. The problem with the toilets was never completely resolved and was an issue for our entire lease. We also had pest and bug issues, mainly from cockroaches coming inside the apartment. There would often be trash piled up by the dumpster causing pest issues throughout the property. The worst issue was a mold issue growing inside the bathroom walls. After telling management they did nothing for weeks until we went to the office to complain a second time. Then they left me with a hole in the wall and a large blower to circulate mold in the air! They did all this on a Friday and told me they would come back on Monday. I have still on heard anything after a week…. Post Properties has been very unhelpful and rude throughout this entire process. I would give them zero stars if possible!!

I love this place! I had to move away across country. I will be moving back and moving back into Post Collier Hills. I really loved living here. Everything from the high ceilings to the wide floor plans. I just about love everything. I actually want the exact apartment back that I had before I moved. My neighbors were super quiet, I'd thought no one lived next to me. Very comfortable. No issues.

I lived here for a little over a year, and would not recommend this place to anyone. I can not deny that the pictures of the newly renovated units look nice, and they do a great job selling the community on your property tour, but BEWARE! The renovations are rather lacking, cheap fake wood floors, and below average kitchen appliances. Leaves much to be desired for the price I was charged. The traffic getting to and from the highway is horrendous. The back entrance used to be a good shortcut for residents, but one apartment complex just opened and added a lot of traffic, and another complex is set to open within the next year, glad I will not be around to see how bad it will get. I have had mixed experiences with the leasing office. When dealing with the lower level office staff, they are extremely helpful and polite. However, I have had to deal with management a few times over the year and it was always a nightmare. I have had more productive conversations with my wall. They are completely unwilling to work with tenants or listen to feedback. All of that said, I cannot deny that the pool and tennis facility are very nice and one of the best attractions of this property. The location of the property itself is great, walking distance to Publix, Fellini's, etc. but I would highly recommend any other property in the area that has a similar price, as the unit will be nicer and newer. tl;dr: This place is decent, but definitely not worth the price. Pictures look much nicer than reality. Bad Traffic. Terrible Management. Good Location. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Almost 2 years of staying here couldn't ask for anything better. The best of location, accessibility and budget, ideal for professionals/ students going to Georgia tech ..the management team Is awesome, these guys make sure you are welcome and on boarded in record time ..like every apartment has its maintainence requirements, these guys are prompt.. The gated access with courtesy officer make this apartment complex secure ..the apartments are spacious compared to what is available around and the price ..another plus is that this apartment complex is not cramped .. I would recommend this community for following reasons- 1)best IB school rated 10/10 Morris Brandon 2)walking distance to super market and other amenities, never away from the action 14th street/ west side 3) business center, equipped gym, tennis courts, club room 4) Reasonably priced infact very 5) security - safety of residents primary 6) Diverse
