Willowest could be a nice and good place to live but the staff make it not, If they don’t want to do the work then don’t accept the job! Poor staff service

Update: if you don’t like roaches, this is not the place for you. Because there is no proper pest control, you’ll see roaches several times a week and receive no responses from management. Living here is great until you need to get a response from someone or a maintenance request fixed. I've had to submit the same maintenance request four times because the staff is highly unorganized and doesn't have the most skilled workers. Additionally, leasing specialists will not respond to emails - neither will management. There is not great communication on how some of the shared utility costs are calculated which would be very useful for all residents.

This property is a beautiful masterpiece on the outside rather than the inside which is not taken care of by staff . It feels like after your first week moving in they don’t care anymore to fix anything that was wrong prior to moving in. I wish the staff was a lot friendlier and better with communication and keeping up with the tenants. Still not satisfied with my move in and it’s a bout to be complete month.

Being in my 3rd year at Willowest it's easy to get the itch to live somewhere else but I remain satisfied here at Willowest because of the friendliness of the staff and other residents (while privacy is respected), convenience to Marta and convenience to shopping of all kinds in the Lindbergh area.

Worst apartment I've ever lived in the US. Unit is in poor condition, frequent water leaks, fixtures break down etc. Leasing office folks are the worst people. They're unprofessional and rude.

They have lost multiple parcels, packages and important documents that come through mail. The management is not ready to help and are very rude. They straight-up say that it's not their job even if the parcels are delivered in the locker room on their property( which precisely makes it their job). The are not ready to communicate with the tenants and are not even ready to understand any situation. Keep off from this property to maintain your sanity. Because if anything goes wrong with your apartment,your deliveries(in supposedly secure facility),or if you have any concerns with the property the management/ maintenance/people in the leasing office will NOT HELP.

Willowest is a great place to live in, very close by MARTA and grocery stores like Krogers and Target. The amenities and the common spaces are well maintained. Good thing is they are in constant process of making things better for the community.

People at the leasing office are rude and don't ever take your concerns seriously. There have been break-ins and we just get an email to be careful of our surroundings. I have been living here for a few months and can't wait to get out of here. Seriously disappointed in how they treat their existing clients and will never rent another property from this Management!

I have lived at The Pointe at Lindbergh for over two years now and absolutely love it. i chose this community because of the location and proximity to everything and all the amenities offered. What has made me want to keep living here is the staff. Mersiha and her office staff Scott and Judith are awesome and always get back to me promptly. Jose and Trevas in maintenance are always smiling and diligent when it comes to my requests. I definitely plan on staying here for the foreseeable future.
Our apartments air conditioning has been broken for over 42 days now. And while it is cool outside, the temps still rise to 70 during the day sometimes and we come home to a sauna. Management has said it is not a high priority item because its cooling season. Along with that, my roommates toilet has been broken for a week as well. Their reason for not fixing her toilet immediately is because we have two therefore it is not high priority. There are also numerous car breaks in, and I get that this is a city but all management does is send out an email. KEEP LOOKING. There are much nicer apartments in this area for close to the same price.
My husband and I moved in The Pointe at Lindberg in February of 2018. Not only are we impressed by the stellar customer service of the property management AND our newly renovated huge luxury 1 bedroom apartment, we are more delighted with the location which is right next to the Marta Lindbergh station. We are also excited about our neighbors who have shown friendliness from the start. This community is very clean and astonishingly quiet. All of our service requests have been resolved promptly and efficiently. This is only to name a few of the many reasons why we love living at The Pointe at Lindbergh! - Proud residents of 439
I love the location for the area and MARTA. There is a lot of break-ins and other crime. The current management company choses not to disclose break-ins, but when I checked with the city crime statistics I was shocked at the increase in the last year. Maintenance staff is good, but it is awful how many things break. The improvements are ok. Office staff and manager are hard to trust. No follow through on requests. Combined with the noise and dog waste everywhere, I just don't recommend.
I've lived at the Pointe at Lindbergh (previously Post Lindbergh) for five years now in multiple apartments. Through my time here the community has stayed fairly consistent until the past year where they've changed management twice. The current management team has been around for a few years now and that is when the community started to go down hill from a four star property to a two start property now. Management focus is on new residents and trying to keep the community full, which they've struggled to do for a few years now. Since 2015 they've be "renovating/remodeling" so don't let that full you. The community does not have the "luxury" amenities they claim and there is no "community" here. Security continues to be an issue with apartment and car break ins and the property manager has no answers on how to address these issues; so budget for these damages when you move in. We're leaving after five years as the rent continues to climb 6% each year and as a current resident in order to stay you have to move to a new apartment to get the more comparable rates to surrounding communities. Our apartment leased for over $200 less a month than the complex wanted to charge us, so that should go to show you they value a new resident for $2,400 cheaper a year than those who have kept the lights on for years. You'll enjoy the walk to MARTA, the location to the city and the growing area as we have; but eventually you'll start to see you're living in an overpriced apartment with management communicating every thing is getting better. This property has one of the lowest, if not the lowest rating on resident satisfaction.
Smack in the middle between cool hip Midtown and business center Buckhead, Post Lindbergh is a good place to live now, and will be excellent in a year. You simply can't beat the price for a location that is right across the street from a MARTA transit hub, close to restaurants, stores,and the freeway. And with the developments going on now, there will be several grocery stores that complete the list of needs. The buildings are well-maintained, going through a cosmetic overhaul, and has all the amenities you want in a large complex--gated, tennis courts, two pools, garden area, gym, and lots of parking. Also, unlike a lot of the newer apartments, it has a gas range. A real plus for people who cook!
We just signed our lease and we're already satisfied. Friendly leasing staff and great location. The place has all the amenities that we need while not being right in the city of Atlanta. The traffic can be a bit nerve racking but it makes up but it's nearby shops, restaurants, and living across from Marta as well!
I have lived at Post Lindbergh for almost 7 months and I have truly enjoyed every second. The location cannot be beat as you are less than 5 minutes from Midtown and Buckhead as well as walking distance to the MARTA station. The leasing staff is awesome and the maintenance staff responds promptly to any situation. I will definitely be renewing!
