the staff is always attentive and friendly ! The neighbors are not my favorite but most people stay to themselves and leave others to live life
This place sucks. There has been a hole in the 2nd bathrooms wall for months, there is a whole wall of outlets out and I have called and put in multiple work orders in. My front door is messed up, the stairs are crumbling, and the 4 dogs upstairs pee on their patio, and it drips to mine. Dog poo everywhere, pool is never clean, appliances don't work properly. I do not recommend moving here.
Im relatively a new tenant. I haven't been welcomed by anybody as of yet,it's not very close to what the website depicted. My apartment is so cheaply renovated that instead of new cabinets,they removed the knobs and painted the old ones white. My countertops are epoxied garage floor coverings with the paint speckled chips in them.. the grass is dead. Black dirt seen everywhere and garbage 20 ft around the outside of the garbage area
Great area , close to many different stores and streets. Close to the highway. Some issues are very loud nd disrespectful neighbors. The outside appearance could use some work
