Willowood Apartments

I like my apartment it's spaces with lots of closet space. Everyone in the office is professional and nice. The maintenance is very nice and he do a great job. It's a nice place to live.

My stay at Willowood has been great. The grounds are kept clean and the office team are amazing professionals.

From the start of the application process, to the move-in, the management was very helpful and continue to be to this day.

I lived here in 2012 to 2014 and it was beautiful then. It is still a clean and well kept property, kind staff, great neighbors, peaceful, and I love all the trees. Under a new company since I was here before and the staff are more genuine and organized. I am happy to be here??

Willowood apartments are very nice and have a lot of space. I love the fact that I have a dishwasher because it is convenient. The location is also convenient for school and work.

I love my apartment. It's spacious and well situated far back from the street. There isn't any issue with noisy traffic and my neighbors are respectful of others. I have spoken well of my experience here to others. My only problem is with the large late fees and the unwillingness to arrange a compromise.

Property is well maintained, during the snow days they kept the parking lot free of snow as much as they could, laundry facilities are always clean. A nice community to live in.

We searched high and low for a place that fit out unique needs. We needed a place that was pet friendly, and had enough space for growing kids and didn't break the budget. The management here is top notch, professional, friendly and helpful! We had covid when we needed to pull for our place and they were amazing at working out a solution that kept everyone safe and still allowed us to carry on with the business needed to ensure we could begin to plan our big move. The apartments are fairly spacious except the kitchen, and they're very well kept! The neighbors are all good folks, they mostly keep to themselves but they're friendly and well behaved. Seeing other people walking their dogs and picking up after them is a delight and reminds us that our pets are our family too I'd like to thank Schulyer for her above and beyond service to all of us here at Willowood. People like her make a huge difference for people looking to find a home.

Willowood is a great place to live and they have great staff that is always willing to help.

Not satisfied as rent seems to continuously go up every year which makes it hard to save up to move out (I think that's the main idea behind it). Neighbors can be really noisy late at night and more maintenance people should be hired to efficiently take care of many tenants.

Pleasant and clean community with ample parking and nicely cultivated lawn areas. Nice little play ground with tennis court and swing for the kids.

The apartments are a nice comfortable size and the neighbors are friendly. Maintenance guys are nice and respond relatively quickly to fix things when need be.

Living here is a quiet community but the price of rent isnt justifiable for what Willowood offers. No improvements on the grounds regarding parking, bbq area , play ground, doggie park, gym, party/community room, their is no perks here.

Apartment size and location to stores shopping is great. Schuyler in office is very helpful and kind. Rent amount is a great value.

Friendly and professional management and maintenance team, quick response time for just about all your needs. Love the 1.5 bathroom or walk in closet option. The location is great because I have everything I need within a short distance. The neighbors are friendly and it's a relatively quiet area. I would recommend Willowood apartments.

I am a 12 year resident of the Willowood community. I am and have been very happy living there. Our current property manager Schuyler is amazing and very helpful. The grounds are always kept clean and any maintenance issues have been addressed in a timely manner. I always recommend Willowood to people I know that are apartment shopping!

I love living here , everyone is friendly. The area is quiet, kept clean and never an issue with the rental office or maintenance. My biggest complaint and only one is the landscapers.
