I really enjoyed living here, the apartment was spacious and well located. My neighbors where awesome as well and helped me move in. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and peacefulness of the area. Not to mention how accessible these apartments are to just about everything you could want. There is a Kroger, Walmart, aldi and a plethora of other stores only a minute or 2 away. The hospital is just across the road and the local highschool is right there as well. Its a very safe and family friendly area. I couldn't recommend it any more. I should also mention that Tracy who manages these properties is SUPER nice. She helped us the whole way through since this was my first time having to go through renting. She is kind and helpful, always willing to help you with any questions or concerns about your home or the community in general. She is a pleasure to work with. The maintenance guys are extremely helpful as well and are on call when emergency strikes. My window wouldn't shut and I didnt want to break the mechanism. Within and hour Wess showed up and fixed it. It is really nice to have the sense of security. I would recommend this complex to anyone who doesn't want to be right in downtown Frankfort but still wants all of your amenities at an arms reach. The down town is only 8 minutes or so away which is cool as well. I hope this helps anyone who is on the fence about living here.

I spent about 5 months living at Willowood and it was a very nice experience. The neighbors are kind and the community is safe and quiet. All new carpets were placed in my apartment before moving in and the landlord is very helpful and efficient during the lease signing process as well as when anything is needed while you are a resident. Maintenance is also awesome and come to help as soon as possible when something needs to be fixed or if you have some other issue. Rent can be a little pricey if you want to do less than a year lease but I loved my time at Willowood.

My experience with them was a pleasant one. The management staff is wonderful to work with and very attentive to your needs. The maintenance staff is very quick and responsive to any repairs that you need. Overall, I would recommend living here to anyone.

This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with plenty of green space. Close to hospitals, schools, and most amenities, but it doesn't feel like you're in a busy area. Stayed here for two years and loved it, especially since everything is ground floor. LOVED having an attic space!

Willowood is a very quiet community that allows pets! Tracy the manager is very helpful and so friendly! Maintenance is on top of it and if you have any issues, they are there same day with 24/7 access to them. The apartment complex is very clean and they keep it looking nice and maintained.

I moved here after I separated from my husband for 5 months. It was close to my work it was close to shopping close to the hospital. I don't have any children in school but they're three schools right across the street. I had a nice little studio that had just been remodeled. Just me and my little dog and I loved it.

This place is great. They are very nice, maintenance comes quick, and pet friendly! I highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a quiet place to call home

The apartment was super clean, new, sparkling and bright. The cleaning crew was wonderful. Great customer service and perfect location for our needs where we intending to go each day.The manager lives on the property and is very helpful anytime at any hour. The environment in this locality is super cool and neat. we can go out at any time there will be no security problems.we miss the house and locality.

This property has everything and more. The manager lives on the property, is very accessible, and is quick to respond to your needs. The maintenance employee is fantastic - very personable, knows exactly what he is doing and immediately responds to a maintenance call. I moved to Frankfort from the Cincinnati area. The process from the application to moving in was made easy by the amazing property manager. The property has always been safe, quiet and well kept. I have nothing but great things to say. Not to mention almost everything you would need is just minutes away from your front door.

Willowood is a beautiful community to live in. I loved my time living there. It’s a clean and quiet community. It’s also very safe. I felt completely safe living alone thanks to the manager and wonderful neighbors around me.

We have been here at Willowood for 7 years and this place is very quiet and secluded. Situated very close to all shopping and dining and could walk to them if you wanted to. Close to the Interstate 64. Elementary, Middle and High Schools are literally located across the street. If you like quiet and seclusion, then Willowood is the place for you.

Willowood has a wonderful leasing manager, Tracy, who is pleasant and helpful, and will assist you with any questions you may have. The maintenance crew are a pleasure to work with, and get the job done quickly. Willowood is located close to town; all of the schools, the hospital, and several stores are within walking distance. Willowood is pet friendly, so you can bring the whole family! There is a laundry facility available onsite, and washer/dryer hookups in the apartments. Willowood apartments come equipped with air conditioning units and an attic for easily-accessible storage. The grounds are kept clean, and Tracy loves decorating and flowers, so it looks beautiful year-round. I would definitely recommend Willowood apartments to anyone seeking their new home.

Rent was great, the manager was very nice and attentive to her tenants, the people and community are quite peaceful as well!

Apartments are well kept, no issues with the neighbors, and Tracy was great to deal with. Has a lot of room for taking your dog out or on a walk! Great location, about 15 minutes from downtown Frankfort. Very close to a lot of different shopping and food options. I really like the set up of the apartments and only moving to be closer to work.

I've lived in my studio apartment here for 3 years. Haven't had many issues, all of which maintenance fixed perfectly fine. It's cute and homey, all you can ask for from a studio. Friendly neighborhood and landlord, she's always there to help with anything you need.

This apartment for the price and location is amazing you are close to everything. The neighborhood is very quiet and maintenance is quick to help. I had a one bedroom and it worked perfect!

I lived here for several years after moving from a different apartment, and was very impressed with Willowood. Any issues I had requiring maintenance were taken care of quickly. The staff is very friendly, and the community is amazing. I would highly recommend giving Willowood a look if you're considering moving into the area.

This place is full of black mold they used wall paper to cover it up I moved out it’s just not livable I hated this apartment they didn’t even care that there was so much mold in the walls

Willowood is a very quiet, safe community. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Frankfort. The location is great for shopping and dining. It's also just seconds away from I-64. Tracy works very hard to keep Willowood safe for her residents and is always willing to go the extra mile!

I enjoy living in Willowood. It is quite and no one bothers you. I love that I can have my dog here. If there is ever an issue with anything in my apartment the maintenance team is quick to respond and always coordinates with you.

The Manager Tracy is great to work with. She is always smiling. Moving in was smooth. She and the maintenance guy Steve are great to work with. They care about the tenants. Highly recommend!

Tracy has been an amazing land lady! Made our move in smooth, calm and easy!! We are right next to three schools, background checks are very thorough and the community is open and kind. We are thrilled to be here. There is a laundry room on site, but also available are units with washer dryer hook ups which we chose and are loving! The utility room in our apartment is spacious even with the washer dryer installed. Steve in maintenance is very helpful and quick to respond to issues. We feel at home!

I lived there for 4 years, the apartments are very nice. PET FRIENDLY! Spacious and clean. The neighbors are quiet and frirndly.The landlord is very friendly and accommodating. The maintenance knows what they're doing and does things in a timely manner. I really enjoyed living there.

I lived in a 1 bedroom for a little over a year. I chose this place mainly because they allow pets which is rare! I also enjoyed that the complex is built ranch style so there is not anyone above or below your space. Utility room and attic storage are also a plus. The complex does have a laundry facility if you do not have a washer and dryer. Grounds are maintained on a weekly basis by a great team (they always leafblow the grass clippings away from my door and patio). Maintenence was quickly available when needed. The neighborhood is quiet, everyone stays to themselves and it is in a great location with grocery stores right around the corner (Aldis, kroger and Walmart within walking distance) . Property management is great and will work with you on any issues or concerns.

My wife and I chose this spot because of the safe spot, quietness, but with close proximity to a multitude of food and entertainment. We had their 1 bed 1 bath that was lovely. The manager and maintenance staff were responsive and very friendly.

Willowood apartments are a great place to live. I've lived there for three years. The location is great, restaurants, bars, shopping is within walking distance .

Great place to live. Have lived in this location for over 3 years and even moved from a 1 bedroom unit to a 2 bedroom. We were initially referred to this area by a coworker that suggested it due to their pet policy. Which anyone that has a pet will know the difficulty to find a place that will allow them. Minor maintenance issues are fixed quickly and never had anything major occur. The utility room is great, especially with the extra storage the attic room provides. Most people tend to keep to themselves and there has always been plenty of parking. The close proximity to the hospital, shopping, and highway is a plus if you need to get anywhere fast.

I love were I live great environment. I like having your own yard. Nicer then most apartmart complexes this is more like Alittle community. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Very quiet area. Very beautiful landscape.
