Property Ratings at Wilshire Heights
i was looking for a quiet and kind of safe place to live. I moved to Wlshire Heights a couple months ago. Shannon was my leasing agent. I was extremely impressed by her friendliness, professionalism and knowledge. Shannon helped me throughout the entire process. She did not stop until I was pleased. She quickly retured all phone calls, She answered all my questions and concerns. Before making my decision to move , I made several trips to view the property. Tonti takes very good care of the property. The few maintaince issues I had was fix the next day. On move in day, Shannon made sure the apartment was clean and smelling fresh. It was amazing!! I am happy with the decision to to make Wlshire Heights my home.
Wilshire Heights sits in a perfect area of town. I moved in a short time ago, and have been pleased. A few details required attention, and the Manager, Shannon, was kind, helpful and tended to every item on my list. Wanting to downsize, I left a 2300 sq. ft. home and chose Wilshire Heights. At 1525 sq. ft., this is a good compromise. Because Wilshire is not of newer construction, the buildings are solid, and the rooms and closets are overly spacious. I also wished to be in a central location with easy access to NOLA and Metairie, in addition to living in a relatively safe and quiet neighborhood. Wilshire is the ideal place. I walk to Fresh Market, Dorignac's and enjoy browsing at Big Lots. Everything I need is within walking distance or a few minutes away. I highly recommend Wilshire to be your next home. We have lived here for almost 2 years. It is a terrific place to live. Tonti maintains the property is very well and we have very friendly neighbors. Wilshire Heights is in a convenient location within walking distance to amenities such as grocery stores, coffee shops, pharmacies, restaurants and just about anything else you may need or want. The exterior, landscaping and parking lot are always clean. The dumpster areas are kept clean and serviced. The apartments are well laid out. When a resident moves out the space is totally cleaned, painted and updated. Maintenance staff is awesome, they are extremely responsive and competent. Office staff are happy and outgoing. They want to hear from residents, good and bad. They truly understand that Wilshire Heights is a home to its residents and they strive to maintain high standards of living.
I will start by saying TONTI is a rare company about which I can find ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to complain about! I have been in this apartment for over 8 years, all of which have been EXCEPTIONAL! I have had contact with employees from each of the departments involved in keeping EVERYTHING going smoothly, and never had an experience that was anything less than excellent. I know this will remain the standard for all future tenants!! Dena Grenell.
I was forced to move from my residence to Wilshire Heights fast. So when I went to sign the lease and get things done I was already frustrated and worried. Listen, not only were they super professional, they actually cared about what I was going through at that time. I have been here for 8 months now. It's quiet, the maintenance is fast as lighting, the kids in the area well behaved and respectful, and did I mention "how quiet and relaxing" it is in the area. Trust me you are gonna love this place, and when you come to the pool I'll say hello. If you looking for peace of mind, comfort, great maintenance and management Wilshire Heights is the place for you. See you soon! JFW
