I love the washer/dryer and large rooms / closet in my apartment. I also like that the vanity is separate from the tub/toilet. Maintenance is fast and friendly. The ladies in the office are always helpful and professional. I love their pet policies and the location of the property.
Staff is always helpful and do a great job. My concerns are always taken care of in a timely manner.
Managers are so kind and overall atmosphere in the apartment is peaceful.

I've lived at Wilshire Park for almost a year now and have enjoyed almost every minute.
I've only been here a month, but I love this place. It's very quiet and the office personal are great. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

The people that take care of this place are great, always responsive and very polite. I love this place overthought it is a little pricey.
Nice community. Even during Rodeo season or other big events, we are kept safe inside.
I really enjoy living at Wilshire Park Apartments the management team makes me feel like family, i believe they are concerned with providing the highest quality of service to the residents.
You want find staff that cares about you and the complex. They work very hard to make sure you are happy and like living here.

Wilshire Park is a great apartment if you like a peaceful location with responsive management and clean grounds.
Do not live there!Very dangerous place! Check the crime map you will know. Not a safe area, and the gate and fence is not working at all. I lived there before and one day I came back from school some teens robbed me and beated me up! My jaw bone was fractured and left a big deep cut at back of my head. The manager is very mean and rude, and he said it happens! If it happens, nobody should live there if they care about their safety! Even more, when I tried to move out , the manager acted very terrible! He tried every excuse he could deduct my desopit and did not return the rent I paid in advance. And when I tried to contact them, they just never responses. There is always a reason for this cheap price!
I had to come on here tonight because the police just left my apartment. Once again, I was complaining about the noise from the club. One of the police officers said that I was offered another apartment, but I declined. Someone in the office or management company lied and said that it was a lateral move without any fees...ie admin fee and deposit. Well tonight was the very 1st time I had every heard of this!!!!! I heard transfer fee, deposit, admin fee, etc.etc. Nobody ever offered to allow my move, without paying fees, because we all know how they like to penny and dime a person to death around here with all of these fees. Stop lying!!!! You never offered me an apartment sans your fees. I hate liars. Stop lying to make yourselves look better!!! Dirty operations. This entire stay for me has been one huge freaking nightmare!!!!! Liars never prosper....ever!!!!!! You're getting a star because I have to give one, but your complex is in the negative for me!!! Don't move here, you will be so very sorry!!!
As a huge fan of the Texans and the Rodeo, this place is the best! It's the nicest place, at the best price point that I've found within walking distance of NRG Park (closer than much of the Rodeo parking!), and inside the Loop to boost! Walking distance to bus stops, Shipleys, and super close to all the major shopping wants (Target, Fiesta, Kroger, BigLots, Petsmart, etc.). The leasing manager, Chuck, is a great guy, friendly with all of the residents and willing to go the extra mile (within reason). The maintenance crew are also a friendly bunch. The complex is always in the process of some improvement. We had new exterior paint not too long ago, as well as repainted parking spaces. The apartments themselves are fairly spacious, and in my 2 years living here, I've yet to have an issue with the neighbors. Parking itself is a bit of a headache if you don't have Reserved spots, so it's totally worth renting a Reserved spot for each of your cars. In the end, it does save you on paying for parking at NRG, so it all comes out in the wash. Plus, it's nice to have that guaranteed spot when you come home.
