Neighborhood is not safe at all Management is horrible I still haven’t gotten our deposit back after more than a month and they trying to take it all even tho i rented a dirty apartment i have emails to prove Apartment roof leaked more than once Do not waste your money here

Wilshire Valencia is a nice building. Staff and neighbors are friendly! It’s conveniently located near downtown LA and Koreatown and lovely view from our balcony.

This modern property is ideally located on the renowned Wilshire Blvd, a 10 min bus ride to the metro center of LA, close to shopping, and restaurants. The leasing staff is friendly and eager to help, and they made my moving-in process smooth and enjoyable.

It's been over 3 months since I moved out from the Wilshire Valencia but we are still waiting for our security deposit. Leasing agent doesn't even know why senior management is holding the deposits. This property doesn't even have $500!! Please stay away from this property!!!

A great building to live. Close to downtown and all the major freeways. Clean, modern, and a good location to be in.
There is dog poop all over the place, in the hallways and right by your doorway! Management is incapable of enforcing the policies, such as non-smoking, etc.! it's only good for the first year when you are a new resident, once you renew you won't get treated nicely anymore and you won't be able to use all the discounts and deals that they offer to new residents!

I moved here on Feb of 2020 and This cold water issued never been fixed. We let our manager know about this issue since we moved here, but nothing has changed other than telling us "we will fix it next week" p.s Somebody is keep deleting my post.
