Julie, Sonny and management team is great people. They made everything easy for me. I am grateful to all of them. It’s pleasant here. Security is serious here. Security staff is great. The best , clean , and safe apartments to live here in LA. All the animates are great and well maintained. Clean and peaceful. I am starting on my 3rd lease. I could not be happier. I have looked at other buildings but what stands out about Wilshire Vermont is how calm it is living here. Yes there is some craziness outside but its expected since the metro opens up in the courtyard. Inside the building it is safe with the amazing security guards. Other buildings I toured I was able to smell marijuana smoke in the hallways. That is a huge deal breaker for me as I have asthma and am allergic to cigarette and marijuana smoke. I love that I do not share a air conditioning vent with any other unit. I also either have been very fortunate but have not had any issues with noises from any of my neighbors. Lastly as I have lived here I have noticed that most of the tenants in the building are nice and respectful. Another thing I have NOT seen any AIRBNB activity which is a huge plus as well. Overall this is a great building to live in if you are looking for a calm and peaceful place to live. Yes there is other flashier buildings in the area but from reviews and my experience when I went to tour the property you can tell it was a bit of a party spot. If you do decide to check this place out ask for Edward as he is amazing!!

I don't even know where to begin about management at this apartment. I had someone come into my apartment for maintenance last year when I was at work and I came home to find my glasses stepped on and broken on the floor, and my cat's only access to her litter blocked AND the apartment unlocked. This already left me furious and the only reason I stayed at this apartment was because I didn't want to move during Covid-19. Now, during covid, I put in a work order and don't get any kind of response for a month, so I put in another work order, still no response. I call management and they tell me they will send someone right away. Two days later -- still nothing. I call again and they told me they prioritized other apartments because there is a heat wave going on. The heat wave is happening this weekend and I submitted my first work order over a month ago... I completely give up on this apartment and I am just waiting to move out ASAP. Before I was able to overlook the noise and disturbance downstairs and dirtiness of the elevator and common areas. But now I can't find even one merit of living here. I'm sure there are many better options, please don't waste your time here.

Dog owners more becareful please !! I have experience twice a same dog bite me at 6th floor to my toe and blue pants . It's small dog. I almost kick the dog but did not. Dog owner, do you believe you dogs ?

I am current tenant and have lived here for over 2 years. The building is maintained pretty well including public area and private unit. When I need fixing service, they will have the technician come and solve the problem in timely manner. The staffs in leasing office are nice and friendly too, they will have social events every month. I am pleased and feel cozy to live here.

Great location in the heart of koreatown. There is nothing else that is appealing about the apartment complex. Its outdated and the amenities are lackluster.
Staff are very friendly. Honest and clean apartment. It is highly recommended.

Wilshire Vermont Station is my favorite place to live in LA. I lived here for the 1st time for 3 years, then moved to the Bay Area, & returned to LA. Ive tried out another luxury apartment in DTLA & in Los Feliz, but have returned again to WV Station and about to start year 3, but altogether year 6. The staff are so kind and attentive. The neighbors are great!!! This is the one building in LA where you will get to know your neighbors through the community events. The security guards make it feel very safe. When I first moved here, I was living on my own in LA after getting my first job and my parents came to visit and commented on the safety, cleanliness, & professionalism of the staff as well. I can happily say that I LOVE where I live!!!
This is an excellent place to live. It is in a great location and the staff and amenities are fantastic.
Extremely convenient, great floor plans, and amenities.
Pros: Near Metro Station (red and purple lines) Private Gym & Pool In-unit washer and dryer In-unit dishwasher Very responsive leasing staff and courtesy patrol Cons: Very noisy (invest in noisecanceling headphones) There is always construction happening around, in the parking lot. Elevators are broken or under repair Leasing office is closed at 6 pm so if you have issues after then you're out of luck Other things to note is that the area is very dense and full of different people, including homeless people and mentally ill people. It's part of the urban charm but I can see how for some people it would be difficult to live around.

Fairly new apartment. Management's changed couple times in the last few years. Good thing about the new management is that they are always trying to improve the apt. Bad is that the apartment is constantly in some kind of construction. False fire alarm. Happens 2-3 times a month for about 15-30 seconds. Doesn't seem often but gets pretty annoying. Staffs are somewhat helpful. Security staff are cool. Leasing not so much. Neighborhood is kind of rough and shady. But tons of stuff to do especially if you're into korean restaurants/bars.
I have lived at Wilshire Vermont Station for almost two years, first year on 6th floor and currently on 2nd floor facing its court yard. The building is almost always under construction ever since I moved here. No cctvs in parking lots when your vehicle is damaged either by intruders and its hired construction guys. The units facing the streets are noisy. especially the units facing courtyard have to deal with ruthless homeless people and malicious skateboard kids which are under no parents supervision. Courtyard is full of violence and profanity every day and night, knowing that the folks in the office just want to get you hooked with leases. Maintenance folks are all Micky Mouses for its landlord wants to hire cheap labor all the time. It is right next to a middle school and be prepared to scream in your car going in and out of the garage when kids are getting picked up after school. Never move in to any units facing the streets and courtyard, you won't sleep peacefully!
The apartment that I am living is called Wilshire Vermont Station Apartment , it is a wide, clean, and clean building, and there is a plaza surrounded by the building, there are Chase Bank, and supermarket and restaurant and cafe, also the apartment is right above the subway, it only takes 2 minute from my home to the subway. Anyway, I think these facilities are very convenient for me. That is the main reason that why I live in this apartment. In addition, there are great gym and swimming pool which are very clean and there are not many people use them, I love that because I prefer to exercise alone. I have been living in this apartment for more than 1 year, there is just a little issue bothers me, the fire alarm, I don’t know why the fire alarm get set off so frequently, it is very loud and annoying, it might happen at 7 am or 3 am, when you are sleeping, but what we can see from that is the apartment is very safe, even though it is very annoying, there are a lot of patrol there, I think security is a very important thing . Anyway, it is a very good apartment.
Old building always doing construction, fire alarms go off constantly at all hours of the day. Staff is very rude and never helpful. Bad area in general, have a courtyard open to public that is a favorite hang out place for unsavory people. Security is poor and common doors are not secure. Now doing work on parking garage and there is dust from construction all over your vehicles. People move out of here quite often. Don't bother even looking at it and can find comparable rate for much better facility if you want to be in the K town area,
Pros: -Top notch amenities -Close to everything -Plenty of shopping and restaurants -Parking included -Maintainence is always get the job done right the first time Cons: -Constantly under construction in some way shape or form -People let their dogs relieve themselves in the elevator or walkways and don't clean it up -guaranteed to have weekly fire alarms go off and sometime more than that. (Hopefully there will never be a real fire here, because many will die as a result -Very little storage space for the kitchen -Bathrooms have no ventilation -AC unit is so loud you MUST turn your TV or radio up to drown out the loud hum
I absolutely love my apartment in the Wilshire Vermont Station community in the heart of Koreatown in Los Angeles. I was really nervous about moving to my place site unseen, however Judy in the leasing office made the experience absolutely seamless. The Building is full of amazing amenities including free yoga classes twice a month, interactive cycling, and a courtyard filled with a lots of shops and restaurants. Not to mention the unit itself is gorgeous. Beautiful floor to ceiling window in the living room, hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. I love it here and I promise you will too!
