Best place for people that love piece and respect, near to all you need and for a fraction of the cost of something this big. The people on the office are now friends and I take some time for write this review because I want to know what is god and what is bad, here 99% is good.

Living at Wilshire Woods Apartments has been a fantastic experience for both me and my dog! The spacious, well-maintained units offer plenty of room for us to relax and enjoy. The pet-friendly atmosphere is a huge plus, with plenty of green spaces and walking paths that my dog absolutely loves. The management team is friendly and responsive, always addressing any concerns promptly. The community is peaceful and safe, making it a great place for both of us to call home. My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Wilshire Woods. Carolina was incredibly kind and helpful during the leasing process, making everything easy for us. The apartments are spacious, well-kept, and in a great location near HEB, plenty of stores, and restaurants. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the people living here are so friendly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great place in San Antonio!

It is a great place to live, it is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, the maintenance people are always very nice, and Olga in the administration office is always willing to help solve any inconvenience, totally recommended.

My experience has been very positive, the reception staff is very friendly and willing to help, the unit is very well located close to HEB and many restaurants that make day to day easier, they are also very pet friendly which is super important to me, for all this I totally recommend it.

A great place to call home. Having the utilities included really helps me budget. It’s quiet and clean. My neighbors are very nice. I really like the office staff. They are very helpful. Heb is also very close which I like.

Do not move here I have over 6 pictures of 4 rats I caught here and pictures of black mold in the vents and they will do nothing about it save your money go somewhere else I would post the picture but this website won’t let me

I have lived at many complexes. And this is by far one of the best. The all bills paid is great and the community is so clean and very nature-ish. I have a big apartment. The maintenance men are very nice and helpful. I have renewed twice and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. Compared to every where else I get the best deal here. And it’s close to everything I need. My neighbor and I both get along so well. It’s great to have nice neighbors.

Bad maintenance. Very rude female manager and male manager doesn't know what he's doing. roaches pay more rent here. constant maintenance request but never had anyone come fix it and they will kick you out whenever they up their prices. DO NOT RENT AT THIS APARTMENT.

I had to leave my last place due to bad maintenance. I moved here 6 months ago and it has been a blessing. All bills paid is awesome. It’s also very quiet. My neighbors are nice and I feel safe. I was paying way more at my last place and then my utility bill was always very high. One easy payment every month is the best. And I have so much more room now. My apartment has very high ceilings and a private balcony. It’s very nice.

I have been a tenant of Wilshire Woods for almost 12 years. Our apartment overlooks one of the swimming pools. The prices are very reasonable considering they include all utilities as well as some nice amenities such as a gym, covered parking, 3 swimming pools, a dog-park and a seniors center. The location is superb. It is located close to Fort Sam Houston, which made it ideal for my commute. There’s also a Walmart & HEB within a half mile. The landscaping and pools are well maintained. The office staff is courteous and very cooperative. Our apartment also has its own laundry hookup which makes it ideal. The maintenance folks are friendly, prompt and courteous. Our air conditioner broke down one hot & muggy day this past summer after their 5 PM quitting time. The maintenance guy promptly returned our trouble call and drove all the way back from his home, 45 minutes away to fix our unit. He had our air conditioner back up and running before sunset.

Poor quality apartments, outside always has trash, front office does not do their job

I have lived here for two years now. My apartment overlooks the courtyard. There’s a bunch of trees and really nice landscaping. My last place overlooked a parking lot. I have had some minor issues that were taken care of a lot faster then I thought. The ladies in the office are always kind and always have coffee available. But the best part is the price. I really feel like I’m getting my money’s worth here. It helped that I didn’t have to pay for my application or a deposit. And with the ability to include all my utilities, I am never surprised by a $250 utility bill that happened to me where I used to live. I like my apartment and my huge bedroom. I wish I had a washer dryer, but at least they have multiple laundry rooms that they just remodeled. Try it out. See for yourself. And you’ll probably make the same decision I did.

Wilshire Woods Apartments are a great and affordable complex. I have been living here for 3 years and have had very few issues. The staff is courteous and timely to address any issue I have brought to them. The swimming pools on site are very well kept and the dog park is great if you have friendly dog. I recommend this complex to any of my friends looking for a nice safe place to live.

This apartment complex is the ideal spot for new couples with kids, retirees, and military personnel. It's located not to far for Wal-mart, H.E.B., and other great places for your everyday needs.
