Property Ratings at Wilson Heights
About a month ago the mother of my child had her car towed from the Wilson Heights parking area. The manager of this property not only called the tow company immediately, he failed to utilize the company's mass text and email system to ask who's car it may be she was parked there roughly 20 minutes (estimate) while dropping off our child and discussing the doctors appointment the little one just had. It took a month for property manager to lie to me and say he would follow up with me, which he never did, then proceeded to tell me its just my bad luck it got towed and to deal with it. Over all the property company is awesome. This particular manager needs to go.
