Sherwood/Tualatin South is a large town off Interstate 5 just 12 miles south of Portland. The dynamic town is made up of cozy suburban neighborhoods, schools, and community parks that attract many residents. Many of the modern rentals are clustered in the far western and northeastern corners of town. The northeastern section of Sherwood/Tualatin South is also the commercial district. Tualatin Lake at the Commons, a business plaza centered around the lake, Nyberg Rivers, an outdoor mall, and more entertaining retail centers are nestled in this section of town. More amenities offered by Sherwood/Tualatin South include peaceful parks and trails like the ones along Rock Creek. Portland’s big-city amenities and Washington’s breathtaking national and state parks are all a short drive away as well.

Property Ratings at Wilsonville Summit Apartments
Good Luck trying to get anything fixed or done without hounding this property. Our master bath is absolutely disgusting with stains we can't get to lift from when we moved in (but you know they are going to charge us for it when we leave ), sinks heat/cold are reverse, kitchen sink pressure is abysmal and had to be replaced week one. Dishwasher was ancient and it took 4 visits from the staff and demands on my part to get it replaced. Pipes REEK in the summer time and they do nothing about it. It is nauseating to live here in the summer and there's no efforts on the office's part. The Maintenance crew are trying their best and you can just tell they are being destroyed by red tape. Leasing office is so unorganized, I've had multiple correspondence with them regarding changes to the lease with NOTHING in return from them. Tenants might as we not exist the second they sign the lease, but don't worry, if something needs paying, they will talk to you. Don't rent here, it's not worth the hassle.
Beautiful space but poor interactions with the office staff. They have been complacent with addressing maintenance repairs and have not demonstrated inclination to respond to resident needs. The current staff have been challenging the work with.
It's so great here! Very quiet, friendly neighbors for the most part. Maintenance requests, of which there haven't been many, are taken care of very quickly. The staff at the leasing office is always very helpful and nice. Zero complaints at this point!
We loved our two years living in Wilsonville Summit! The staff were always helpful and friendly, the grounds were kept clean and beautiful, neighbors were awesome, and they made it a home for us. The apartment was clean, open and super quiet! If ever we need an aprtment in the area, this is the very first place I would look. Thank you Wilsonville Summit!
I recommend this place to people with dogs that don't like to pick up your dogs crap. No one else does either. Walking around you always have to watch your step and it stinks a lot. There is very little parking and if they have a covered space available, which mostly they do not, it's 35.00 more per month. Cats can't go outside without a leash, but expect to pay 25.00 more per month for each one. I was unlucky enough to get a place on Canyon Creek Rd. I enjoyed semi truck noise that drowned out my Tv volume all night and all day. If someone lives above you, you will wonder if they live with a herd of elephants. You hear every footstep. There is no air conditioning and the place is uncomfortable inside even when it's not that hot outside. I guess that is another thing you are expected to take care of yourself. If you want to pay top dollar and don't care about the other things I mentioned, this place is for you. It does have a cute floor plan so it deserves the one star.
This is a very nice apartment complex. The only complain so far, is the manager Shannon. She is consistently rude and dismissive. It's mind boggling that she's been able to be employed as manager for so long with her negative attitude.
The staff all were nice until new staff came in. Her name is Jenifer, she is very disrespectful they way she talks to residents.
If you enjoy the combination of city and country life, this is the perfect location. Wilsonville Summit Apartment Homes are spacious and feel more like a home than an apartment. Easy access to freeways and close to Portland, Oregon makes Wilsonville a superb location to call home. Most units are situated looking out at woods, not other apartments. Outdoor nature sounds of birds, crickets and other creatures drown out most noise of apartment living which we find is very minimal. We hardly ever hear our neighbors. The grounds are well kept, and management is awesome. Living here feels like we are on vacation at a fancy resort without ever having to leave home! Very peaceful. We have a 2 Bedroom/2 Bath unit on the third floor, that has the added bonus of vaulted ceilings, which I love. The rooms are large and spacious; both bedrooms have large walk-in closets. The Master Bathroom is AWESOME. Lots of counter space and even a large soaking tub. The pool in the common area is well kept; surrounded by Palm trees and colorful vegetation, it's the perfect setting for fun or relaxation. We've found, times throughout the day, that we had the pool to ourselves; even on weekends! I highly recommend this complex if you want a peace of country in your city living.
I never thought I'd be able to duplicate the quiet, serene, natural beauty of my condo in San Jose, CA, especially in an apartment. However, thanks to an accommodating and friendly rental faculty, I found my new place literally nestled among the tree tops right outside my windows! This privately owned property is not only well run, but well maintained with exceptional features you just don't find in most apartments. (And, I'm a black belt researcher!) Built-in bookcases, unusual and generous floor plans, plenty of storage space, beautifully-kept old-growth grounds, but just minutes to shopping and freeways. Did I mention the bargain price? Yes! This same quality apartment would cost at least $1,000/mo. or more in the city. I'm a serious "nester" and I know, without a doubt, I am home...Sharon P., Wilsonville, OR
I have a forest as my backyard, and I see it from the view of my bay windows. I hardly ever hear my neighbors above me. Never have to worry about an electric bill over $100 here, because it's well insulated and uses natural gas fireplaces. Parking is not too bad most of the time. The exercise room is large compared to most places and has a good selection.
I visited this apt complex hoping to move there. I liked the location and the property semed very well kept. The staff seemed nice as well. Sadly, they are full and the rent was a little higher than I could afford at the moment when a Apt came free. It will stay on my list as I move forward, but I will probably have to live elsewhere for now.
I have lived here since 5 of 2012. The staff is incredibly nice. It is so quiet you could hear a pin drop. I have yet to hear anything. In the summer nights if you open your windows, you can hear crickets chirping. I feel safe here. No problems with smelling smoke or obnoxious neighbors that like to charcoal grill all the time. My deck is private. The grounds are kept up nice, great landscaping. I have one of the most expensive units so not sure what others are like. Lovely view of a pasture and wooded area, quick i-5 access. Neighbors in the complex are nice, manager is good at keeping the place in great condition and keeping problems out. My pets like it here too, I moved here after selling my house and being a homeowner for over 10 years so I was reluctant to rent an apt but this has been a good experience. The downside is the units are older and there are alot of similary price new apartments going up in Wilsonville, Could use some updates, and near a power line.
