Property Ratings at Wimberly
I moved in to this complex in 2022 and it was great. However, since the beginning of 2024, the quality of management for this properly has decreased dramatically. Amenities are almost always nonfunctional. The security gate has been broken on and off for months. The front office is unable to keep the pool open or properly maintained. Management is so bad at dealing with pool noise complaints, they are threatening to shut the pool entirely rather than deal with specific residents who are noisy after hours. Communication about issues and closures is minimal at best. I had to constantly hound the front office for my renewal at the end of my previous term, and I wish I had just moved somewhere else instead. Do not move here, you can do better for your money. Two stars because maintenance is exceptional, otherwise I’d leave one star.

The apartments are huge and well maintained by their dedicated maintenance stuff Milton,Victor ,Sergio . Our stayed in Wimberly apartments was peaceful and Comfortable. This property is close to many stores, outlets and mall. The property Manager Jaycie and her team is very attentive to address all the concerns of the residents.
Lived here for 3 years and there was already mold in my apartment from day one. I now have developed health and respiratory issues that have made me go to the ER twice. I nicely notified them about the mold before moving out and didn't get any response at all. Then I asked if I could take a swab of the mold for a lab test just so I could have better luck of treating my medical issues by knowing specifically what kind of mold it was. They wouldn't allow me in the apartment even with a manager accompanying me. Very bad business practice, they do not care about the health of their tenants. They will probably fail to do mold remediation once again and rent the apartment out to another tenant to get sick. Tried to work with them nicely, but I am now considering a lawsuit at this point.

This is the most accommodating complex I have lived at, the manager Jaycie has been super helpful due to a power outage issue caused by outside sources. She has gone above and beyond to help us during this stressful situation and made us feel more comfortable during the uncertainty. Highly recommend for the amazing customer service !!!

So to preface, I don't usually write reviews, let alone for the places I live. But I've recently had an experience that I just knew I needed to write a review for. Due to an issue with our power meter, we lost power for nearly 5 days. Throughout that time, the apartment manager Jaycie was SO helpful to us. She went out of her way to make sure we were okay and that things were moving along smoothly until our power was back on. Jaycie, thank you so much. Now, outside of that situation, Wimberly has honestly just been pretty great compared to anywhere I've lived. It really feels like the staff care about the residents. Maintenance comes swiftly, never had any issues with packages, the property is about as clean as you can keep an apartment complex. I think my only issue I have is that parking options can be pretty slim if you're coming home late at night. This review was written 3/20/2023, so please keep that in mind. Wimberly Apartments I have lived at the Wimberly Apartments for a while now and the staff is great they will do anything to help you to make sure your stay here is great in the Maintenance they are awesome they are quick to respond to any issues that you have at the apartment and the neighbors are great we all get along like family in building 15 and the best part is you have all the stores and restaurants all around you and it’s a really great place to live so if you’re looking for a great place to stay you might want to stop by the office and check out the Wimberly Apartments. They have pools everywhere and they have a great gym you can access anytime and we all know that having a gym without the membership payment how awesome is that since we all know that every new year we are looking to get in shape and the apartments are very roomy and spacious
The staff here are amazing. Any problems or concerns I've had have been answered quickly and they're always super friendly. The apartment itself is also great. Fairly quiet area and pet friendly as well.

By far the best Apts I’ve lived in. Maintenance request are completed quickly. They always answer their phone and are in tuned with their residents. We always have contest, give aways and events. Definitely will be a resident until i purchase my home

I have been here for over seven years and the front office and maintenance are some of the nicest folks I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. They have made amazing improvements over the years and you can’t beat the location.
I LOVE WIMBERLY! It was the first apartment me & my boyfriend moved into & im literally so glad we found this place. They’re so quick to answer to ANY of our maintenance issues & they keep it so fun with all the patio contests they have when it’s the holidays! I absolutely love this place & there’s no complaints at all. I don’t usually write reviews but if you’re debating on living here, you definitely should. Wimberly looks after you for sure!
I have been a resident at The Wimberly for over 5 years, and hope never to move! A beautiful community, with lovely landscaping and lots of trees. Any maintenance is always handled super-fast. Very friendly staff! Well-run. The best!
The Wimberly is a nice apartment complex. Since moving here a few months ago, I haven't had any issues. They have a really nice pool and the staff is very kind!
This apartment is a great gated community with easy parking both in the carports and in the open spots, making it super convenient. Additionally it has great court yards to walk around in during work from home breaks and friendly people. We have lived here for six months now and have had no issues with any of the amenities or appliances in the apartment too.
We have been living here over 2 years and love it. Great location with easy access to everything. Never had any issues and manage is great.

Having apartment management that really cares is so important to me. The maintenance crew are very friendly and prompt. Tracy is wonderful and I especially enjoy working with Kevin. If I ever have any problems Kevin goes above and beyond to make sure my problem is solved and always gives me service with a smile. And will follow up to make sure things are alright. Simple things like that go a long way.

Tracy and her team (Dee, Kevin, Kelsey, and Marisol) took over not long after I moved in. The entire staff is friendly and very receptive to the residents. I thought the property was cool. When they came in, they made greater improvements on the property. They made a dog park where the old unused beach volleyball set up was at. They improved the pool furniture and upgraded community grills. The property is better lit at night with new lighting installed at the front of the property. They changed the on-site laundry to a 24/7 locker access for packages. No rushing home in traffic to get your package from the leasing office before you close. The maintenance team is quick to fix things that break. The maintenance team keeps the property clean!! The apartments have great natural light with all of the windows in each unit. The units are very spacious.
