DO NOT MOVE HERE!! This complex was nothing but a problem for me the moment I moved in. 1 of the amenities they praise about having is washer and dryers in each apartment. When I moved in I tried using my washer and dryer and found that it was broken. This should have been something that was noted prior to my move in and not something a new resident should have to deal with. It also took over a month from my move in to have a working washer and dryer. Also this complex does not keep their records in order. When I moved in I completed my move in form and dropped it off back at the office noting several things that were damaged in my apartment and specifically one noting that there was a crack in my tub prior to me moving in. During my move out I was charged with a damage for the tub that was noted on my move-in form that conveniently the office staff was unable to fine. This complex was nothing but a hassle to work with. I would advise anyone looking into this complex to consider your alternatives and not deal with the mess that is here.

I've lived in this apartment, and I'm deeply disappointed with the roach infestation issue. I have raised multiple maintenance requests regarding this problem, but unfortunately, there has been no significant improvement. Bad management.

I have lived here for more years than you can count with both hands. I stay because it is the central area of my work, family, child's school, and shopping areas. I have seen when it's good, and when it gets bad. Let me just say that every time new owners buy the complex, it gets rough for a bit, however, it gets much better as they make much needed improvements, and necessary changes. If there is a problem I can call the office, send an email, or go in person, and rest assured my problems are always taken care of!!! The new management team is really doing their best to do more for our community, and they host fantastic events once a month. I'm so excited to see what is in store for the future of the Wimbledon!
They will get you on the back end, take your deposit and then some. They trump up all kinds of charges when your leaving and give you 10 days to pay, so if you have good credit stay away from this roach motel. Oh yeah they have roaches, I had to use my own spray to contain them. The parking is horrible, your guest have to park on the curb very far from your apartment and trust me they do get vandalized. The manager is crooked as they come. Please stay away from this property, it is a trap.
The apartments are rather old and it's pretty obvious that they haven't kept them up. The walls are kind of thin, and you can hear the people above you walking if they don't know how to not throw their weight around. The dishwasher can leak suds sometimes and it has come out of its holding. One of the locks on the sliding patio door doesn't work (they didn't line up the holes) and the lock on the door is really difficult to use a key on, which I guess makes it harder for others to break in. Plus the parking rather sucks. However, maintenance responds quickly and the office staff always listens. They even have some bug control guys "on call" and take care of you whenever you need it. There's no leaking when it rains, the ground is clean and taken care of, and it's located right in the middle of Lewisville which makes commuting so easy. And it's priced rather nicely. It's a great place as a temporary apartment, maybe between apartments or if you're just moving to the area. Just don't plan to stay long.

I have enjoyed these apartment so much I just released. The apartment and grounds are well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am within walking distance of a city park with playground equipment. I can walk to the grocer, restaurants and general shopping. The post office, library and emergency care is only two minutes away. The exercise room and pool is great fun to use. The covered parking, included in the rent, has been wonderful. I would recommend this complex to a friend.
