Staff have been extremely helpful and welcoming to us. We applied online and had no hassles and were able to contact someone at all times to help with any question. There was a mistake where we were allowed to select Sunday as a move-in day even though they were closed. Instead of forcing us to move in a day late, the staff took time out of their Saturday to help us move in and finalize paperwork. I would 100% recommend this complex to a friend!

Apartment manager was so sweet, property was clean and easy to find.

Poor management in handling service requests, no transparency and no courtesy with residents.

Its good community, on a good location and good environment with all facilities needed for enjoyable living

Apartment is infested with Pests/Roaches. Support staff is unable to take immediate steps to control the problem. No ETA or plan to remediate and fix the problem. Poorly maintained and unsatisfactory.

Friendly professional office staff overall the community not a bad place to live

This was one of the worst and most unprofessional experiences I have had one apartment hunting. The staff completely dropped the ball giving me incorrect information and in the end left me without a place to move and having to look all over again. They show no cure or urgency after already taking my money now I’m waiting to be refunded….I was so excited about moving here now I’m completely disappointed

Wimbledon Oaks Apartments is a nicely kept, clean property with helpful and nice office staff and they have responded promptly to my maintenance requests.

Constantly have water issues. Hot water has been off since 4:30pm it’s now 10:30pm. Nothing gets repaired correctly. Most of the office staff is rude and shouldn’t be working in my here.

Horrible apartments!! Roaches everywhere, trash is always all around the dumpsters even when they are empty. One of the office ladies are rude and doesnt know what shes talking about. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else!

In addition to the apartments general layout, I especially like Wimbledon Oaks location & nearness to the bank, super markets and eateries I favor. The landscaping & upkeep of premises, protective parking spaces, pleasant personnel are all great qualities.

This complex is extremely old, poorly maintained, and too pricey for this low quality apartment.

clean around the grounds during the mornings,keep garbage door closed at all times,keep other from driving thru property and the lighting is poor visibility at night.

Worst apartments ever! Constant problem with roaches, nothing gets taken care of, trash and furniture is constantly laying around dumpster, people just sit on the stairs and walk around smoking weed. Office has been contacted twice about issue and they dont seem to care. I have lived here 2 years and in the last few months its just been getting worse with the drugs and loud drunk people who dont care about anyone around them.

My experience was the dagger to the year 2020! Kelly daily and sheri in your leasing office are the most vile inhumane group of people I ever encountered not only did they give me a roach infested apartment but they also unprofessionally chemically bombed the unit on my lunch break in which I inhaled having a asthma attack and then I got in trouble at work for having to evacuate the apartment in less than 24hrs you guys made me homeless! Because of yall I'm sick,homeless, behind on bills and may lose my job! Oh and waiting on my covid results! I pray that you guys never do this to another person again! I pray for you and forgive but I'm traumatized so I will never forget!

I really love the staff at Wimbledon Oaks. They are very inviting and always willing to help as much as they can. I would definitely check them out. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing people work here

Wimbledon Oaks is a horrible place to live. I have lived here for 8-years. My apartment is the only unit that has not been remodeled. When my 30 year old refrigerator stopped working, I was not given a new replacement. Instead, I was given an old, dented, dirty, broken shelf, cigarette smoke reeking refrigerator!

This maintenance team are very professional and very kind and get the job done quick as they can

Since we have lived here (2013-2020) the property has had I think 4 companies run it, maybe 5. They are now way over priced. I've had to deal with major issues with office staff throughout the years we have been here. Maintenance has been pretty awesome though. I just wish I didnt get sick because the property managment refuses to listen.

Yes. safety, management including staffs friendly, maintenance is super, put in your work order within 5 mins they come in to fix the problems.

I have paidvmy rent on time but NEVER BEEN HAPPY HERE.

Wimbledon Oaks has been a great community to live. Any maintenance issues have been resolved in a timely manner. Including the routine changes of air filters for my Apartment.

Worst experience ever with a management office. There was a mold problem behind the toilet in the unit we were interested in, this was pointed out and we were told the problem would be fixed before we moved in. I’ve been living here for about 2 weeks now and I still have a huge wall in my bathroom from the mold situation. Turns out the family upstairs has their water lines leaking into my bathroom. So plumbers had to come out and cut a huge wall to access the pipes to try and fix the problem. It took them two weeks to have a plumber finally come in and stop the water leakage. So I had to constantly deal with soaked bathroom furniture wet rugs, and water under the floor boards until thet came. Also, there has been a MAJOR pest problem in this unit. Roaches everywhere. They have attempted to bring in pest companies that fail to spray the entire unit, and even sprayed the apartment with the strongest killer while we were home. I have asked for a way out of the unit, and no one is wanting to address these living conditons that I feel I am being forced to live under. They will not give me any informtion on contacting coorporate or headquarters. I am not happy living here, in this unit!!

wimbledon oaks is a grate place to live the management so so sweet they try they best to help you in every way the people the live there are sweet as well grat place to call home.

The office staff is exceptional but the maintenance team is slow about responding and do not always complete the tasks requested.

I love my new apartment, beautifully remodeled! The new grills at pool are so cool. I can’t wait to see the rest of the changes on the property. These people or company really care about this place!

Trying to move out of this complex is a pain. They are rude and charge you for late fee's even when you go in to pay and they tell you that it is all you are going to have to pay. Absolutely terrible, I would not recommend living there because it is such a mess when you need to move out.

I never had any problems here until a woman named Amy started working here. I was there from July 2014 to June 2016. On April 21, I told her I was planning on vacating, by the end of the lease which was on June 2, she gave me a document with a vacating fee on it which I signed. Two weeks later, I told her I might need to extend my stay by 11 days, she said there would be a prorate, she told me this over the phone. I was put on hold for a long time, I finally went into the office and told her I might not want to do it, she then said, "We've got til June, want to wait?" I agreed to this. I wound up finding a place on time and on June 1, 2016, came to her office and looked her in the eye and gave her my money and she looked me in the eye and said "Thank you," and nothing else. I assumed since I was notifying her of my vacating and paying the vacating fee on time that the prorate was being cancelled. I have learned my lesson to get these things in writing because now Amy claims she never saw me on June 1, 2016 and that I did not notify her of my leaving. This woman is a liar. I even told her I would rather pay to the damage to my blinds that was done while I lived there because at least that would be fair because they were my responsibility and meanwhile, she had made a big deal about how she chose to be "nice" by not charging me for the blinds. She was quite shocked that I would rather pay for more expensive blinds than a cheaper prorate which should have been cancelled when I paid her my vacating fee on June 1, 2016 before the lease ended the following day. I should have never assumed that Amy was an honest human being who would stick to her word and cancel the vacating fee which probably had not even been added yet because I got out ON TIME, a day early.
