Property Ratings at Wimbledon Square And Gardens
If you're looking for somewhere to live, Wimbledon is not even worth considering. I chose Wimbledon because I THOUGHT it was my cheapest option. However when you factor in the property damage, theft, and wasted time, Wimbledon has cost me MUCH MORE than nearby options would have. Save yourself the money and the headache - choose somewhere else. This doesn't even mention the black mold, rude and innatentive staff, filthy pools, trash and litter, constant water and internet outages, horrible appliances, and nonfunctional laundry facilities. Don't take it from me, they have already been sued for twenty million dollars over negligance. Their track record is awful. Still considering living here? Well here's a tip for you: if you ever need to get in contact with the leasing office for any reason, call repeatedly, over and over and over again, until somone finally answers. They will never respond to messages that you leave them or to emails, so don't even bother with that.

Regarding water and internet outages, these were tied to necessary property upgrades, and we communicated timelines whenever possible. Our laundry facilities are serviced regularly, but repairs require specialized vendors, which can cause delays. Additionally, our pools are cleaned weekly, and our team inspects the grounds daily. I have not had working electricity for 65 days and counting. Building management is well aware and still has not fixed the issue.
