The city of North Chesterfield is one to be admired. It’s a sprawling area near Richmond, VA, and has quite a bit of shopping, restaurants, and park space to go around.

Property Ratings at Winchester Greens Apartments
Management doesn't take complaints seriously. They continue to let certain residents continue to be disruptive, with loud disturbances throughout the middle of the night with parties and loud music. These people don't have respect for those who work. Avoid this place don't let the price or scenery bribe you, it's nothing like it appears.
No stars to give I haven’t even moved yet and the people in the office are plan rout rude no customer service skills whatsoever thinking about continuing my search and just forget about these townhomes too many people have said bad things about the place from the residents to the people who work in the office. Sometimes you have to follow your gut and my gut says I change my mind y’all can just have my application fee oh well at least I get keep my sanity. Yea I have one star tried to give 0 but wouldn’t let me.
Lived here for 4yrs. Dog crap and trash on the ground. Inspection is every three months. Groups of teenagers stand around in front of your apartment. Loud music, people arguing, yelling and fighting outside. Tons of unsupervised kids. Rent goes up 40 bucks everytime you renew your rent. The actual apartments are nice but the environment sucks.
I personally would not recommend Winchester Greens. A year here was entirely too long! Ultimately it depends on what a person will tolerate or is looking for in a community. Management does a poor job at meeting resident concerns. I honestly feel that the office staff was disorganized and for some people that is fine, but for other people not so much. Record keeping was seriously awful. Maintenance needs some retraining. If any incidents happen within the community do not expect to be notified just know you'll Chesterfield PD and management won't notify you even when its something that happens on your block. Inspections are conducted WAY TOO frequently. Don't expect notice to be a full 24 hours prior. Parking is a downside. Most neighbors have zero regard of others. People will stand in the middle of the street without acknowledging that a car is trying to get down the block. There isn't much for children to do here. People have torn up the playground areas near the mailboxes. Didn't feel comfortable walking around here at all. Barely enjoyed the front porch. Backyard wasn't enjoyable after finding random peoples trash amongst other things back there. There is a serious lack of professionalism here with BHC. I would not recommend to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Parking is bad. Lot of kids. Other than those issues I have no problem.
I am very excited about Winchester Greens being our new home! We plan to rent for years to come. The office staff has been very friendly and professional. I couldn't ask for better customer service! :-)
