Apartment units well-maintained. Galina, our manager is onsite and responds promptly to our needs. Place is secure. Well-kept. Great place to call home.
I was so very lucky to find a 1bedroom cottage unit here at Wind Chase Apts. These cottage units are wonderful in that they are single story..(NO ONE lives above you!). After the previous tenant moved out the manager painted the unit, new appliances in kitchen were installed, flooring installed except in bedroom where they installed new carpet. These apts are located near grocery stores/restaurants/major freeways and public transportation. Management and Maintenance always keep the property nice and clean/has security gate.
Galina is very responsive and kind. The apartments are well maintained.
Galina is a wonderful manager! She responds promptly when notified. The apartments are move-in ready and very clean. Apartment complex feels very safe and family oriented. Celia:)
We lived in this beautiful and very comfortable 2 Bedroom Cottage for 3 years. Manager Galina was awesome!! She took care of our apartment on the highest level. What ever we needed she put extra effort to make us comfortable living here. We had to move out because we needed a 3rd bedroom for our newborn. I can’t stop recommending this place to everyone.
My wife and I lived here for 2 years and we absolutely loved it. the inside was a remodeled townhouse unit, and everything looked modern and amazing, the wood accents especially. there was a lot of privacy too. as the units state, the only shared walls are the dining room, bathrooms, and walk in closet making the rooms totally private sound wise (not that that was a problem because the walls are already thick). the neighborhood was quiet, clean, and professionally maintained. Galina was also amazing as well as maintenance staff. On top of that it has close proximity to the highway and literally 1 min drives from supermarkets (if you think this would make for loud traffic noises, think again!) If you are considering a comfortable apartment, I would highly recommend this place . 10/10
Wonderful apartments! I’ve lived here for 5 years and it’s been great. The Manager Galina has made it a really safe and welcoming community. The maintenance staff is polite and respectful. I’ve had no issues living here and would recommend it to anyone.
My experience living at Wind Chase was made better by it’s manager, Galina. She is a wonderful person who seems to care a lot about the residents. She is always so professional and genuinely friendly & helpful. I had an issue with excessive noise from neighbors at my first unit. I asked to be re-located and Galina went above and beyond to get me a quieter & more private cottage. The units are spacious with a nice size patio and full size washer & dryer. The small community is usually pretty quiet and it’s well kept. Maintenance is responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend checking this complex out if you’re in the market for an apartment home.
This is the 3rd time I have returned to this apartment complex and this last time was rather under dire circumstances and I needed a roof over my head almost immediately. Because I had lived here before many years prior, I felt comfortable to come see if they had any availability. Met the apartment manager, Galina, and she was extremely helpful and was able to have a response by the end of that day and 3 days later, I was able to pick up keys and move in. To this day, I was so thankful to Galina for helping me. I have enjoyed this community because it is small and cozy. The apartment sizes are decent and you can't go wrong with full size washers and dryers. I have a different outlook on some of the other messages that have been left as reviews. Yes, there can be mold issues because there are no windows in the bathrooms to allow sufficient airflow, BUT.... maintenance is quick to remedy this issue. The few times that I have needed maintenance, they were always polite and responsive. They have NEVER entered into my apartment without sufficient and proper notice. Apartment managers can be on the property at times so if she was not there, call and leave a message or return at a later time. I have utilized their pool and spa area a few times and since the community is small, there is usually not many people there. Grounds are always clean and landscape services are there on a weekly basis. Because I lived alone, the fact that there was an exterior gate made me feel more safe. This was my home for the last 2 years but if i ever needed to return to apartment living, i wouldn't hesitate to come back here. Thanks Galina for all of your help and support over the past 2 years!!!!
This was a nice quite apartment that I was looking for during my short stay. Galina is a wise professional manager who is always ready to help you and find solutions for the problems you may face. The maintenance is always super helpful at any time. This is the property that you can highly recommend because of the management.
I have only good words to say about these apartments. The complex is small and quiet. Even though we had 1 assigned parking place right by the apartment, I never had a problem with parking the second car. Amenities like sauna, gym, pool were additional benefits of living there. Manager Galina was always helpful and professional. I definitely can recommend this place to consider.
Galina has been such an amazing office manager!! I was stuck in a contract with a horrible roommate but Galina was quick in assisting me with my options. If it wasn’t because of my roommate. I’d still be be living here. The complex is quiet, gated, and maintanence has always been super helpful when I had any problems. Definitely worth trying to get into this complex and living here. ** ps just be careful on who you sign your lease with. **
Hi everyone! First of all: i love the property, every Thursday lands cape guys are coming and they are doing they're best. Then no matter how much dirty property looks in the morning:i notice that the maintenance is taking care of. Second of all what i notice any repairs you need: it is going through the office than you are receiving a phone call from maintenance for asking permission to ether to come at any time you want at work time or schedule an appointment. The manager is always organized and professional prepared for any of your question. The property is very quite no screaming no police or fire department coming for problems, the gate is closed and no strangers coming or homeless people. The price is low for that quality and space, is basically the home you need no matter what other people saying.
We lived here for two years and only moved because we relocated to another city. The management was always so nice and flexible about us. I love how small and quite the complex is, and we had great neighbors. There are washer and dryers in the units and a big walk in closet. Would definitely recommend.
My time at Wind Chase Apartments has been absolutely wonderful. It's just a couple of minutes from the freeway, but amazingly quiet in this small gated community. My 2 bed/2 bath unit includes a full size washer/dryer, central A/C (a MUST in Sacramento!), a fireplace, plenty of space for the rent, and most importantly one of the sweetest property managers. Galina is one of the main reasons we decided to rent here as opposed to any of the other properties in the area. Also, W/S/G are a low flat rate (at least for now), which is rare in this area. Highly, highly recommend!
It's nice to live here because although Old Placerville Road is just outside the gate, it is very quiet in the complex. No loud music, no screaming or yelling, just very peaceful and relaxing. I would like to have a little more room inside but this one bedroom apartment has a large patio and 708 square feet of living space. The neighbors are friendly, rent is reasonable and they allow 2 pets per apartment. I've been here 4 years now and I'm enjoying my retirement. If you like a quiet, peaceful setting with trees blowing in the background, this is the place for you!
Not too busy and very quiet. I love that there are cottage available for privacy.
