Property Ratings at Wyndchase
I have stayed here 3 years. At first the office seemed nice and attentive but over the last year it has sunk to a new low in my book. First it started when I was pregnant with our twins. I could not walk on the sidewalk near the neighboring fence because plants from the other side would encroach and would have hit me in the face if I was to walk on the sidewalk. I even tripped on the grass and fell in my pregnant state before the office would ensure it was cut. And everytime it grows back it would take telling them another 2 to 3 times before something was done. Next, our AC unit was old and needed to be replaced. We asked maintenance to look at it while we were out of town. They said it was working. Came back 3 weeks later to no cooler than 79/80 deg inside. It was late May and over 100 out!!! Maintenance came by and said he did all he could. Freon was cooling and the unit was just old but he could not put order for replacement without the office approving. This was on a Saturday. Manager was called while she was on vacation and said she could not do anything, "sorry". First thing Tuesday (memorial day weekend) they would take care of it. And it would take 2 to 3 wks to be replaced!!!! You know it qould have been moved if they would have noticed this when we first placed the 1st work order.... Now my infant twins and I will be super uncomfortable in our apartment. We never missed or delayed payment for rent. We do not deserve this. My suggestion to you and your family. Find a better apartment, one that considers your comfort and safety.
