Windermere Cay

Windermere Cay Apartments has been home to my wife and I for eight years as of last month. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoy our community here. The property manager Jennifer and her entire office staff and maintenance staff are the greatest. They're very attentive to the residents needs and concerns, and get any issue resolved quickly. The amenities here at Windermere Cay are wonderful as well, such as outdoor kitchens, two beautiful pools, a great gym, dog park and so much more. Also Windermere Cay's location is wonderful as it's centrally located to the attractions, great dining experiences, entertainment, etc . Thank you Windermere Cay!

I've living in this community fir three years, love the food trucks sometimes more than once weekly and the ocassional parties for the residents. The response to maintenance issues is excellent.

Windermere Cay is a wonderful place to live. All the residents I’ve interacted with are polite and friendly. The community is quiet but full of life. It’s clean, well kept and well managed. The front office is a dream to work with and the online app and portal are so easy and simple to use. Onsite Maintenance is quick, effective and professional. All and all, Windemere Cay is a lovely place to live!

We love living at Windermere Cay. The location is ideal and close to many shops, services and restaurants. The community is very clean and well kept. The fitness center is very nice as well as the pool areas. The staff at WC are always approachable and helpful.

Owned our own home for 50 years. First rental experience and it’s the best! The negative reviews have not proven to be true. Great place to live! Love the Disney vibe…… everywhere!

Eddie and Freddie are amazing workers, but maintenance is not great at all. Was told my washer was fixed when it wasn’t. Haven’t been able to do my laundry since I’ve moved in. I’ve had to lug all my laundry to a family members house every few days.

The negative reviews we read before moving in have turned out to all be false. This place is “a best kept secret”……. Love it here!!! Very friendly place to live.

The location is perfect, we have food trucks every week, some weeks, more than one. The grounds are well kept, and they do preventive maintenance to apartments equipments. Prompt to answer service requests.

Windermere Cay is a great place for families. I feel safe here and the community is well maintained as well. Grounds are typically free of trash and debris. Staff are super friendly. The smoke free community is a huge plus for our family. We are loving it here! Best community we’ve ever lived in since moving to Florida in 2012!

Love living there. The location is excellent for me, love the food trucks. The only thing I dislike is that they don't clean the breezeways on a regular basis, neither the elevator or the entrances. The entrances are frequently covered with leaves.

Love calling Windermere Cay home. Proud to live here. Service is amazing, staff is so professional and kind (Always), grounds are well maintained. Definitely believe when it comes to having all boxes checked in this area, WC is where to be.

We moved to the Windermere Cay community in 2016, from the New England area and have enjoyed our little community since getting here. The location is centrally located to so many things too do, but yet quite peaceful. The front office staff and the maintenance team are very attentive and helpful in resolving issues that may arise.

Windermere Cay is a very beautiful community with kind residents and kind office staff. My husband and I have only been here for about 3 weeks and we love it already. Our dog loves it too! The floor plans are very nice, there’s plenty of areas for walking and it’s a pretty quiet community (besides the fireworks of course!).

We have been living at Windermere Cay for almost seven years, and couldn't be more happy with the choice we made to live in this community. The amenities available such as the gym, pools, the Amazon hub on-site, etc. To the great front office and maintenance team, have made our transition from Maine to Florida extremely easy. The location of the Windermere Cay community is perfect, as it's out of the way but yet so close to so many fun things to do as well as shopping and places to dine out. We find Windermere Cay a Wonderful place to live.

Love the Windermere Cay community, the location, the other tenants, and the maintenance team but with one exception on the maintenance team. Also, the assistant manager is very kind and compassionate.

Probably one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever lived. They do not upkeep the cleanliness of the buildings at all.

I absolutely love living at Windermere Cay and am so happy to have found this place. The apartment is spacious and I have a beautiful view of the lake in the back. The office space is ideal for me working from home. The community is clean and quiet. The staff is incredible so kind and always helpful.

If you’re looking for somewhere nice but affordable, with amazing views, look no further than Windermere Cay. The apartments are nice inside and out, and the management is kind and professional. Would highly recommend to all my friends.

The complex is outstanding. They were easily able to accommodate all my questions and fast to execute anything needed. They also treat and speak to you like people rather than like business which made it all the easier.

Love the community, apartments are a nice layout. Food trucks every week, which is so cool. Office staff is fantastic as well! Also love the proximity to work. All around best apartment I’ve lived in.

Not as expensive as other locations in the area. Moderate amenities. The staff are decent and always willing to help.

I’ve only been here a few days and I’m loving it. We’ve had a few things that we had to talk to maintenance about, but they’ve gotten to work on it very quickly. I brought my pets with me (both of whom don’t like fireworks) and even though we’re super close to MK, they both do fine while inside so the walls are thick enough that it isn’t a bother for them.

We love living at Windermere Cay! The staff is always friendly, if we have a concern they go the extra mile to ensure it is resolved almost immediately. We are truly blessed to live here.

Besides the very well maintained property, the prompt response to any maintenance issues I’ve had and first and foremost the location of Windermere Cay I am very pleased with my experience as a tenant. I look forward to many more years to come.

We love living here! The staff is both friendly and helpful! The grounds and amenities are perfect! Very pet friendly we love the dog park! Our kids love the game room and pools! It’s the perfect place to live!

Windermere cay is a convenient, quite and friendly location. The staff is always there to help and answer questions.

My husband just retired from Disney! Weve owned a home our whole married life! 50 years.. this year!! So, apartment living is a new adventure. So far, we could not love it more!!! Read some concerning reviews before moving in, but none of them have proven true! Everyone here is so friendly. Staff and neighbors, alike. We see fireworks from our apartment. every night!!! Win/win!!

Windermere Cay has been one of the best apartment living experiences I have ever had. They keep things clean and are attentive to your needs. I feel safe in the community and if I ever do have an issue they take care of it promptly!

I love living here I really do. The amenities are amazing, the location is convenient, and my son loves having his own spacious room. The only problem Ive had is an unreliable AC unit which in my opinion is crucial to mention when moved in.
