Property Ratings at Windfall Trace II
I moved here 4 years ago nice quiet....no longer quiet. Traffic in the complex is terrible and dangerous...the tenants had no respect for their neighbors as tenant who pays rent never can park on front of my home why because the neighbors company takes up the parking. The tenants make a lot of noise they smoke weed in the homes. Then it enters your home. Just sad....maintenance man they have now is LAZY. The leasing lady Marissa is ok but she's not hard on the tenants that cause problems. Of she gets rid of the tenants that doing the peace disturbance traffic in and out these homes all day and night they would see a difference. Trash stay in front of the trash cans just trifling. They do nothing
I went to this location on 1/27. I was told that there was no townhouses available due to all of the tenants renewing their leases. I was told there is a waiting list that is closed. So no one new can apply because they will be calling the people on the waiting list first. I dont understand why the post is still up. one moment it says 2 bdr next its 3 bdr. No need to be listed if you have no vacancies.
