Property Ratings at Windhill Apartments
This apartment is in walking distance of many restaurants, bars, stores, bus routes, and you can walk down to the beach if you want. It has a pretty good view of the city too, if you're on the NE side, with some trees in the way. It's pretty well maintained, as it's new owners (Medawar Realty) have set up a pretty handy website where you can submit any maintenance requests or even pay your rent. It's a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. There's shared washer/dryers on the first floor, handy elevators, and you get one parking spot in the back alley, and a covered spot for an added price. Utilities are also included in the rent except electricity of course. The only downsides I can think of are that the area seems to be a hot spot for car prowlers, so don't keep anything valuable in your car. And also the walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbors if they are being loud, but that is rare. Otherwise, this is a great place to live if you're looking for a quiet safe neighborhood.
